This is a great Y. Friendly and helpful staff, instructors and members. It's a great place to workout your body and mind. Lots of special activities and very clean.

Super clean facility. Nice enough lap pool although probably not the fastest. Despite having a high school conference meet in the pool, the bathrooms and common areas were immaculate. Parking was adequate, but imagine for larger meets, It's probably impossible. I did not get an opportunity to see the rest of the facility but… We go to a lot of these community pools for a swim meets and this is definitely one of the better ones.

Clean and well priced. Disappointed by swimming lessons we did for our son there really wasn't much instruction. It was more of a swim with your parents thing.

Beautiful facility. Great lap pool, usually with open lanes. Clean nice hot tub, sauna, steam room and showers. The hours are restrictive though. They close early on Fridays and weekends, and only stay open til 9 pm on weekdays.

Great gym. Best pool in the metro and not crowded. Their Olympic size lap pool has several lanes (eight I think). They have a wonderful indoor walking track, great weight machines, lots of cardio equipment plus the trainers are always willing to answer any questions. I've never encountered an unfriendly person at the front desk and there are tons of group exercises available. I've been a loyal member for ten years. I've never felt judged even though I'm a plus size. They help you meet your fitness needs no matter what level you're starting from. They also have a great basketball court and child care is offered. Membership is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this facility.
