I did not get my wedding flowers from heart to heart but the owner was so sweet when I called to cancel my appointment (I got a steal from a family friend). When I need flowers in the future I will make sure to contact terry. She is so sweet and understanding!

The owner's of this shop are truly amazing and loving people.
I remember riding my bike there and purchased some flowers and the man actually gave me a ride home so the wind wouldn't ruin them. So yeah, the customer support is top notch.
