Great cafe.. it's a little pedestrian and doesn't have that true coffee shop feel (other than it's asthetic). There is a lot of room for improvement here but it's the closest thing we have in the area to a classic coffee shop feel.
They need to improve the selection of coffees, address the uniqueness of the various coffees they do sell, introduce more brewing methods (v60, french press, pour-over, etc), and put some custom touches on the coffees they craft.response / report this review -

Nice place, but the staff is a tad standoffish with males. Maybe we're considered competition? The slogan on the wall says, "Your Girlfriend Loves Us".

great coffee!! but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Did not receive my items, couldn't get a hold of a barista to ask for it, and when i finally received my item it was not what I asked for. Maybe a few more baristas would help make the experience better. Also staff was very unfriendly. Also prices are not listed. what a shame as I love the location!!

Very tasty americano! The Barista was very helpful and nice when my card was declined, she offered her own card to pay for my coffee! Thanks for technology I was able to transfer money on my phone so I had no need to use hers but it was a very nice gesture, quiet place to bring your laptop and do some homework

Best place in Gainesville to get coffee. Quaint atmosphere and outdoor seating. Service is starting to get very slow though in the mornings.

The feeling here's very cool. I really like the way the place is set up. I would definitely give it a higher rating but I had a very interesting experience with the Barista. I had asked for a small two shot cappuccino in a ceramic cup and when they called me to pick it up it was in a large cup 2 shot more like a latte. When I told her the mistake she said we can fix it and poured it from the big cup into a small cup and so there you go. Making a mess and getting coffee all over the outside of the small cup. I asked her if she would consider just making a new coffee and she reluctantly said yes.

I come to Inman perk everyday, but over the past few weeks it has become a struggle to want to even go. I have been charged so much extra for stuff I was never charged before, the staff will argue with me about what I want to drink and then they are not that friendly. The only time I actually enjoy being there is when Natasha works/ worked there. It's very frustrating, I love the drinks but please for the love of coffee God, get better staff, some that can keep up with how great Natasha is ðŸ˜

Baristas are friendly, the coffee/chai is the best in town, and it's a phenomenal place to work or hang with friends. Best coffee shop in town.

Good atmosphere, good food and coffee, okay customer service. I think the makeup on our server was way over the top. It's okay to be different, but if your makeup makes me forget what I wanted to order, than you need to scale back.

Great atmosphere & fantastic coffee! Wonderful place to study or catch up with friends. Staff is not always customer friendly, but service is consistently satisfactory.
