Stayed in the hot tub suite with 1 king bed. Nice room but won't blow you away. Tv quality is poor but not the worst ive seen. Overall very clean and a nice place to spend a night during travel.

Ill be staying here only from now on. Everything is superior to the other hotels in the victorville area or hesperia area. Hot tub in premium rooms , felt secure and safe for the first time in years of staying in hotels.

This hotel had large rooms and is located near lots of shopping and restaurants.
Hawthorn Suites is a newer (less than 10 years old) hotel in Victorville. The rooms are large and have plenty of room to not feel cramped. Some rooms include hot tubs. There is a seating area in the lobby and they offer both a nightly happy hour and an included breakfast for each day of your stay.
The rooms were clean, as we're the bathrooms and I was pleasantly surprised by the ceiling fans in the rooms.
Pricing makes this hotel a good value when staying in the Victorville area.response / report this review -

Need clothing hooks in bathroom to hang your bathrobes. Need to remember a room that sleeps four people will need four face towels, four hand towels and four bath towels. Breakfast hits the spot until you want to go out and maybe have lunch, close to all kinds of shopping and close to major interstate. Friendly staff and pet friendly. If you do not like their coffee setup they provide in the room, purchase a Keurig for traveling and bring with you on your road trips.

Like the hotel, clean and quiet except for the weekend. One master bedroom with a small kitchen: mid size fridge, electric burner, small sink, microwave. Has Wi-Fi.

I've been staying here about twice a week for close to a year because my business is nearby. I love staying here as the staff, rooms, grounds, etc. are great. My only criticisms relate to the dining room area. The plastic utensils are terrible as well as the toasters. Says a lot about ownership as they never do anything about these two items to improve upon a guest's experience.

Experience was fine. Rooms were large and clean, breakfast food was acceptable, coffee and juice was good. Location had convenient freeway access and was close to main roads.

Last minute stay and couldn't have been more pleased. 1st it's pet friendly which was a bonus! And it was cheap. $89 for a suite not too shabby of a price. It was clean, NO BED BUGS!!!! Major bonus lol and didn't see any other type of bugs either. AC was off but just gave it a switch on and it cooled the room off pretty fast. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place. It was about an hour and half away from LAX. Breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs, sausage, and tater tots.

Clean, roomy suites and friendly staff. Nice to have a hide-a-bed for kids. Only suggestion would be to have blackout curtains. Shutter blinds did not completely block out sunlight or bright parking lot lights.

Nice place to stay! Stayed 4 days, clean room, nice TV, comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again. After we checked in, they let two of our Grandkids stay with us for 3 nights for no extra charges! Also brought our 2 service dogs with no extra charge. Grandson accidentally spilled a drink in our car, he ran in to find something to clean it up and they gave him a brand new roll of paper towels! Very nice people there. Would definitely recommend!!!

Booked and prepaid our room through American Express travel and I am a Wyndham Diamond member. We are currently opening a new retail location in Victorville and have been checking out local hotels to use in the future for our staff to stay while in Victorville. Arrived around 9pm to be informed that my room was no longer available even though I had a confirmation and had prepaid for the room through Amex. No apologies! No phone call! No other options offered! The most unprofessional situation ever. Wyndham is no longer on our corporate list of hotels to stay. Nice Job!
