WORST HOTEL EVER! Upon arriving at this hotel, I noticed that people were sitting on the stairs of the facility, drinking and smoking and that gave me a very bad feeling. We were almost locked out twice because we were checking in during nighttime and there was only ONE staff member. It was difficult getting in, and when we finally got into our room, we realized it was barely cleaned. There were stains on the couch, there was grime in the fridge, and the floors were sticky. Additionally, the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I couldn't sleep because I heard people fighting (from two doors down) yelling, and having intercourse. I was disgusted and could simply not go back to sleep. The breakfast wasn't very good either, and they didn't even have hot water or tea bags. They had cheap artificial orange juice and milk. The breads were so white it seems like all the regular qualities of bread were just taken out of them. They were very dry and unappetizing. If you'd like a nice hotel to go to, definitely DO NOT come to this one. It's a waste of money and a TERRIBLE experience overall.

Do not stay here! Only one electrical outlet in the entire suite worked and the phone was out of order. We had to plug our phone chargers and the coffee pot on the bathroom sink. Requested a new room with working outlets and was told there were no other rooms available although the entire floor appeared to be a ghost town. House keeping came and only emptied the trash, leaving behind the pile of dirty towels and sheets we left by the door. They refused to bring new sheets and towels unless we called front desk to ask for them. Then we had to wait and hour for them to bring them. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The free breakfast was burnt and there was flies everywhere. Horrible experience.

Seriously people I was scared to stay here based on reading the reviews, but this was a nice place at an affordable price, basically like a one bedroom apartment the staff was super friendly and housekeeping came everyday and asked if we needed anything yeah they could use some landscaping and cosmetic repairs but I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great and they had something different everyday. Wished I could have stayed longer since we have just relocated to the area and are looking for our own place I think it’s sad that the only reviews people ever write are negative it’s like the one lady said you just have to check it out for yourself I’ll never base anything on a negative review again you people that slammed this place are ridiculous!!!

This is by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. The room was filthy when I checked in. The ceiling fan was coated in dust, it looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. There was a hole in the bathroom wall right next to the shower. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The phone in the room wasn't connected. The remote control in the room didn't have batteries. The tub is covered in rust. The microwave was dirty. I went to the front desk to address the issues in my room and the lady at the desk just agreed that there were issues and didn't offer to fix anything. Please, please, please do not stay here. They should be ashamed of themselves for calling this a clean room.

The rooms have went downhill since my last visit a few years back. The up keep is horrible. There is overgrown shrubs everywhere. I had to switch rooms because the first one the fridge leaked, the kitchen drawer fell off and the room wasn't very clean. The second room the freezer doesn't have a good seal so there is frost built up all around the rim of the freezer. The room they switched me too was smaller and didn't ha e a balcony however they didn't comp me for the difference in the price since they down graded me. The staff however is friendly and they do serve hot breakfast every morning.

Nice place. Got their apartment in a price of a hotel room. It is a bit easy to miss the entrance with construction going on. Nice place. Especially for the money.

Words cannot explain the filth in this place. It was my husband and I and our 3 young kids ages 3,6,7. The first room they gave us smelt of straight mildew and wet!! Very moist and mildew smell. When I complained to Manager she said we'll give me your key and I'll check you out. I said no I want you to live me. She claimed she had no more rooms available and I could leave. I told her no I'll get some Lysol febreeze and take the matter up with my bank. Next thing you know she claims she has a room available. This room was smaller with only one bed, a mildew rusted fridge, spider best all in the cabinets. I'll just let you see the pics..

Got a decent price for it so we decided to check it out It's dirty. Like real dirty. Every surface of our room smelled like it was cleaned with a mold rag. They never had towels. I had the kids on the pull out couch and there were no sheets or pillow cases. My daughter said there mattress smelled dirty. This one is minor, but for the two days we stayed they did not have French toast and they said they did on the website. The hotel is beautiful and has potential but is disgusting
due to the lack of staff to take care of it.

Very clean and spacious. Centralized location for food and you can cook for yourself in the room. I recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Florida.

The worst experience of our lives! They were perfectly fine with booking a room for my family and I where a murder had taken place! There were visual blood stains on the porch as you walk through the front door! Blood stains on the bathroom door and on the sofa!! The news described the murder scene as a blood bath. The room was so filthy, I know it was never properly cleaned after the murder and was definitely a biohazard!! I was trying to load the dishwasher to clean the dishes that were dirty when we arrived, when a note fell out of the kitchen cabinet saying that, on October 25, 2014 a woman had been murdered in that room, #222!! When we connected the blood stains with the violent and heinous crime that had taken place there, we literally ran out of the room half packed and dragging our things at 12:00 that night! The supervisor didn't seem the least bit concerned about my family's horrifying experience!! We booked a beautiful room at the Sheraton down the street for the rest of our stay. Don't waist your money on this place! It is truly rundown and filthy!!!

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.
There was a lot of room to move around with the bedroom being separate. We loved and and will be back soon.

I wish i could give this dump zero stars. It was dirty, had to complain about cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room. I had to fix my stove, air conditioning whistled when it ran. Had to open the dishwasher so I could access the items in the drawer. All of this would have been tolerable, because the desk took care of these things. The zero I want to give comes from the cleaning crew. They would come in and maybe make the bed and remove the trash. What made this stay miserable was the towel situation. I started with four towels and a floor mat. More than I need. I would only ask for them to clean my room every other day, so I would leave my towels on the floor for them to be replaced with clean towels. They would not replace, just remove the dirty towels. No problem, right? I have three more body towels and two wash cloths. So the next time they come in they take those dirty towels and did not replace. So on and on until I had NO TOWELS! I mean it, none, not even a bath mat! I had to go to the front desk, and stand in line for towels! When I got to the desk they were out! They had to bring some to my room later after they got into the laundry and pulled more out! Seriously, I stay in a lot of hotels, I travel all of the time, and I have NEVER seen a place associated with a national chain that was such a dump! DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU WILL BE VERY ANGRY BY THE TIME YOU LEAVE!
