This venue requires some re-investing in renovations—auditoriums are outdated and filthy. And the seats—not the most comfy either.

Sub-par, at best. If you're looking for a high-quality movie theatre experience, this place won't cut it. The average movie-goer doesn't seem to mind, though—that I'll give.

So I'm giving you a 1 Star Review Based on My Experience tonight .So My Daughter 16 and who just got her license decides she wants to Drive her and her Best Girl friends to the movies Girls Night Out Nothing to much they wanted to come here and watch The Movie IT .Mind You They have already seen the original movies Well she goes and they won't sell her tickets Rated R So She calls me her mother and back in my Days my parents would drop us off and we were good Not Anymore Harkins Has a Policy Now that you have to be with an Adult in order to watch a Rated R Movie No I can't purchase the tickets giving permission I have to be in the theater with them .I'm Only Confused that the State of Arizona says she can put Millions of people's lives in her hand But she can't watch this Rated R Movie alone Hmmmmmm Well Harkins My Daughters Night Was ruined and so was her Celebration ..#GrownEnoughButNotEnough

Service is always good, it's generally pretty clean and the theaters are comfortable.

We like to pop into the mall food court for a quick bite before dropping in for the movie.

Parking is plentiful, but not particularly well lit at night.

Been here early in the morning. Been here late at night. It's nothing amazing, but the service is good, if not excellent. The movie screens, seating, and bathrooms are average and clean, but no complaints on that. Perfect theater but nothing outstanding really.

The staff have always been polite. I have never had a bad experience at this theater, and I have been there five times. The staff is there to monitor, and they walk through the theater at least once every time I have been there. They can only help provide the customers with the best experience, but they can't control every person in the theater. No matter where you go, people are going to be rude if they want to.

My boyfriend and I prefer this one, christown Harkins, didn't handle a situation well, When my boyfriend got bit several times on the back of the neck.He was in a good amount of discomfort. Two months of trying to talk to management and finally a very simple apology. Of this happens ever again then we will get an attorney and I still have proof of when we were they're and pictures.

I bought the tickets from my work so it was cheaper. However the food is so expensive. The gourmet pretzels are really hard and don't taste very good. The cheese is not included so had to pay $2 extra. They try to compensate by giving free jalapenos. I paid more for the food than my tickets. The movie was also really loud. I used to love coming to this theatre but not anymore.

Used to come here a lot when it was the more convenient movie theater to where I lived now not so much since I've moved further away from it. Always enjoyed myself there and never ran into anything negative about this place. It's all good really. Would still be my go to movie theater but it's farther now.
