Actually went to the wrong movie theatre and Harkins made up for the mistake. They now have a loyalty points system with a fun shopping area surrounding the theatres. Bring the family or a spouse/girlfriend, you are sure to have a great time.

Best by Test! Been here a million times. Only prob is they restrict some new releases due to their lowest common denominator policy on mass appeal, or catering to children, and we have to visit another Harkins or AMC if we want to see certain highly reviewed movies. They are too small, yes, and have to break up showings into alternate day/night viewings. Time to expand this theater.

Clean and contemporary. Relaxing seating. Generous senior citizens discount. Parking can be a hassle on occasion. A step above AMC.

Great customer service! Walked right up to the ticket window, was greeted warmly, and purchased tickets easily without waiting very long. Lines moved quickly and the staff were friendly and efficient.

The play-center here is a God-send for parents. My husband and I will go out of our way to come here for this feature alone - we've been able to enjoy many films together we'd otherwise have to get a sitter for. And the kids LOVE it - one time my daughter was upset we were taking her to the actual movies rather than leaving her at the play-center. More theaters should follow suit - thank you Harkins for this!

This is our favorite Harkins. Always clean. Huge parking lot when there's lots of great movies. Temperature always feels right.

Don't try and use Free Movie passes here. Even if you call ahead and ask if the passes are okay to use on certain movies and they say yes, when u get there they say no. Spent way to much money at this. The people who u buy tickets from act like they are the owners so they don't let you use free movie passes. Worthless employees. If you ask to speak to a manager, they say they are the manager. But nothing can never be done. Taking this to another level with the company. Just leaving my review here.

Great location with a lot of food options nearby. This place is roomy and we have never found it too crowded (if you pick the right time). They serve a lot of fried foods insite with soda but I especialy like that they will let you in with a bottled water or frozen yogurt.

I really like the Norterra Harkins; it's
"my" theater.
