Lawn seats are fine because of the outdoor environment. For a little (or a lot) more, you can have assigned seats with a better view of the performers. Unless you adore sitting motionless for at least an hour, trying to get out of the parking lot after the concert, leave 15 minutes early AND park as close to the exits as possible.

The most convenient, ergonomic concert venue I have ever been to. Everything is close, no lines, plenty of everything, no waiting. I saw Depeche Mode and it was awesome. They had Grey Goose! I can't wait to go back.

Sound quality of the music is great. I sat on the lawn. Unfortunately everybody stands up when the music starts. They need a ton more trash cans in the lawn area. If you buy a souvenir cup, you can only refill it at stands that have draft beer, which are only on the concourse. I looked online before I went about restrictions of what to bring in. The actual restrictions were correct. What they didn't tell you is that your bag or purse can be no larger than a 4 by 6 inch bag. You either have to check your bag at the gate or leave it in your car. Therefore, you're left with carrying everything on your person. Wear jeans or pants with big pockets. I felt there was plenty of staff around if you needed anything.

They always have great shows there however the dysfunction is very visible. They have a limit on women's bag size, this is a huge hassle and not posted in an easy to find location anywhere on their Website. I saw countless men running way far back to the car with these bags. A quality search is all that's required. I worked event security for years. If you don't trust your people pay more and get better people. Other than that the prices for everything are outrageous. If you want everyone to bring in there own sealed food and drink then you are on the right track.

Nice place to sit and listen to a concert or two. Lawn seats are 1st come 1st serve and available to rent $7 each. If you bring your own they have to be the short beach chairs nothing over 9in off the ground.
They have handicap parking but seats must be purchased. Food and drink prices are in line with other events ($7.50 water, $13 and up for adult beverage, food similar). Check online to find your choice and enjoy the evening.
Total for items purchased $23.. What can you do, you can't bring anything in.

We went to see Dead and Company with lawn seating and a week before the show one of our group member injured her knee which would have made sitting on the lawn and standing important. When we arrived we explain our situation to guest service. We were told no problems and our whole group was upgraded to section seating allowing he to attend the show. Thanks for all your help!

My favorite concert venue. Parking is included so you never have to worry about that. Drinks and food are average price for a concert

The venue was okay. It would have been nice if security had been removing the people smoking marijuana. The smell was so strong it gave me and the person beside me a headache. That being said, it was easy to navigate, the seats we had offered a good view. The seats were uncomfortable but you don't sit long at a good concert.
The concert itself was amazing! Rob Thomas put on a very energetic fast paced show. I would go back to see him any day of the week!

I went to the Slipknot/Marilyn Manson concert last night and I had a great time. I arrived about an hour early and easily found a parking space. The gates were open and it took me about 5 minutes to get in. Once inside I put a bottle of water which was high priced which you should expect at any event everything is overpriced. The staff appeared friendly and helpful and the other concert goer's were friendly and ready to enjoy some great bands. I found my seat without any problems and the first band came out as scheduled. We began to have a thunderstorm and because of lightning the show was stopped for about 45 minutes and during this time it poured rain. I saw many people leaving but I stayed and the show resumed and it was awesome. . I guess my only complaint would be for them to turn on the fans. It was a little hot but it's Arizona and you have to expect that it will be hot. I would say I definitely would return to this place for another concert and I think the experience you have depends a lot on your attitude and your expectations. In my experience you have to expect for There to be some glitches and know that not everything will be perfect and when you have the right attitude and aren't trying to be critical of anything you will be able to have a great time.
