I **CAN NOT ** recommend this school at least Administration wise they are very arrogant and ignorant and have the slowest workers in the office I have every seen!!! At Maricopa South mountain community college it took 30Min and they took care of everything including sign up , documentation and payments. I spend the last 2 days at the Glendale CC location and they were still not capable of getting me into the class which is starting tomorrow! So if you can go to SMCC they are the greatest capable hard working office people I have met in a long time!!!

I have been attending GCC for two and a half years. I have enjoyed all my classes at GCC and I can recommend this college to anybody. I started taking ESL classes and I have progressed into the general classes. Since I began admission, I had amazing professors that have shown experience and have always been professional.

Being a newly military veteran as of March 2017 after 10 years of service. I figured out what i wanted to do as a career. I picked Glendale Community College to help get me there. The new veteran center is nice and helpful. Staff are mostly operated by currently enrolled veteran students and retired military so it is easier to communicate in a way they understand you. Things happen with the VA that are out of the school's control sometimes. But the staff and school work with you to make sure there is minimal interruption and/or fixing classes so that you can continue progress until the VA fixes there end. I am pursing a career in the Fire Department, and I can tell you that their EMT, HAZMAT, Fire 1 & 2, are all amazing courses that are good as a result of top notch faculty with tons of experience and competitive for a community college. Great staff, great people and great programs

The phones were/are busy during the "peak" right now but the staff was timely and prompt in getting back with me. Registration answered my questions and Jay Covey (with whom I spoke on the phone) was also able to speak with me and answered my questions

This is my second semester at GCC and I love it! I've had such great Professors, they truly care for you, inform you, and help you . If you need to take Math, I recommend Mrs. Madrid, she is so patient and clear. She has a great way of teaching. I've had a couple unpleasant incidents, at the enrollment center, I feel like the advisors could do a little better and the financial aid messed up a couple times on my aid but they got it fixed. Overall a great school with great hours of operation.

Great school, teachers are kind and understanding they actually help you pass! ❤❤❤ Campus is clean and beautiful lots of grass. Parking is not difficult walk to classrooms. Only problems i had was finical aid messing up money my first semester but that was fixed and no problems since..

I love this school, I've had some of the most amazing teachers here at GCC. The only thing that I don't like about this school is the admission and records staff and the advisors, most of them are rude and I feel like they don't really care. But overall great school!!

Great school! Has gotten much better now that smoking is banned--used to be a ton of smokers standing outside every door but now the air is breathable and those of us with asthma and COPD can breath.
