Rooms were clean, beds we're super comfortable. It is on somewhat of a busy street and I was worried about noise but it remained quiet and I got a great night's sleep. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be returning as a customer

HORRIBLE! Unsafe, dirty, tiny, and terrible air. Elevator permit was 3 years expired! THREE YEARS! Must have been moldy as well. My face started swelling as soon as we got in the room, and I cleared up as soon as we got back into the night air. My son is severely mentally delayed, and this was NOT safe for him at all. We left promptly, and are working with Expedia to get our money back.

Not what I expected only because I’m spoiled with fancy plush hotels that give you welcome champagne. They also accidentally gave us room keys to a room that was already occupied haha great way to walk in on people doing their thing! It seems like a good location to the harbor. Other than that the front desk girl was really sweet, we were able to refund after she called the owner.

The Lady at check-in was very nice, and accommodated me with an early check-in. Thid is an older hotel but non the less it had a very welcoming and homey feel to it. Rooms are decent beds are nice. They are renovating a bit which wasn't much of an issue. Only downside is the parking is very small. Plenty of street parking, but it's a busy area so Friday and Saturday its hard to find a place unless you arrive early enough. I will definitely stay again.

Would not recommend this Inn. For the price the room it was extremely small and old scratched up furniture. Noisy. On a positive, bed an d pillows were comfortable. Does not look anything like the advertised picture of the time.

Nice hotel, there is pool inside. Rooms are large enough.
Not really much to see there - marina is around.
If you came by car then this place is fine.

OK to some they would say it's an old building in San Diego to others they would say it's the most quaint old building. I've been a flight attendant for 27 years and been in way fancier hotels but I was looking to stay somewhere for two days because some painting was being done since I live on my Chris-Craft in San Diego I picked the Harborview, first you will never get a price like this in walking distance of Little Italy. 7-Eleven is a block away open 24 hours. And it's clean the most important thing is the room is clean! the shower is clean! the sheets are clean! and the rugs are fairly clean. Tell Gloria at the front desk that Jon that lives on the yacht said hi!
The only reason I'm not giving it a five star is it is not fancy for you five star people.
Nice people PS there's coffee right in the lobby every morning free or there is 7-Eleven 24 hrs.

Came here in April and since this place is in a nicer part downtown, doesn't have to many people walking around. Checked in easily and was able to go ahead and park around the building. One of the entrances was being remodeled so we took the other route which was nearby.
Went up to the room and it was fairly large. The room was outdated but still nice.
No signs of bed bugs or anything. Bathroom is okay. Came complete with a fridge and microwave.
Decent place to stay for a decent price.

Room was clean, checking and checkout smooth. No view of harbor unfortunately but the neighborhood was really nice. Walking distance to the airport. Very affordable. Would stay again

Internet photos lie! It
hasn't been updated in decades. The only decent piece of furniture is the tv. No closet, no water or coffee, old noisy HVAC system. It is simply a place to sleep. Choose Motel 6 instead. It's likely cheaper and cleaner.

This is a great location. Two breweries are nearby - Bolt and Ballast Point. There are plenty of tasty Italian places to eat in the Little Italy district. The Uber to the airport was less than $4, so yeah, you could say it is close to the airport. The hotel isn't the most up-to-date, but it is quaint and very clean. The staff was very helpful to me. Beware of the young lady who works the evening. She is a charmer and will steal your heart! I had a very good experience and would stay again. Great location, clean, friendly staff and reasonable rates.

This place has absolutely no morals!!! I wouldn't stay here if it were the last place to stay in CA. I still can't get a clear answer as to what is the nightly rate, what rate did I pay on the many nights I have stayed. Can someone please give me a printout and explanation of charges? That is the question I am going to ask them again today, if they still can't then I will need to contact my attorneys because by law they have to! When I first arrived I paid for two night, plus a 50 dollar deposit in the grand total of 184.64. The third night I paid in cash, then I paid for two more days, but since it was St. Patrick's Day weekend they said the rate would be more, and it was at 298.24. Okay, so if you are keeping up the rate went from 92.84 per night to 298.24. Okay, now that St. Patrick's day weekend rate seems high, but one would only expect the rate to go Dow the following week, which I was still needing a place to stay. So, I went Dow to the office and told them I wanted to go ahead and book my room for the following week leaving Friday morning. I asked multiple times, what was the rate? I was never told what the rate was going to be until she took my card and ran it for almost 1500.00!!! Wow, I was floored. So, I divided that new number by the five days remains and that comes to 291 dollars and some cents per night. What kind of place do they think this is? I will be going down to speak with the staff requesting a printout of the charges as well as payments made by cash and credit, and either there will be a major change in the rate I am being charges, or I will request a refund for the three days left they have already received the money for. That should be a refund in the amount of one thousand dollars, bottom line I shouldn't have to be doing any of this stay far far away from this place!!!!!

We stayed here after Christmas since it was close to Sea World. It was located in Little Italy near a few cool bars, and small restaurants. The parking was scarce, and we did have to drive around a few times. The room was small, but clean with a microwave and fridge. Didn't interact with the staff, but hubby said front desk guy was courteous. We usually take our own pillows and blankets. So, no worries there. Overall, it was fine for one night.
