  Every time I call they leave me on hold for up to ten minutes and they never get the order right.

  It has been well over an hour as I type this, 1 medium pizza still has not arrived, when I called I was told "Driver should be on the way, we don't have any drivers here right now".didn't ask address or any other information, how do you know my pizza is on the way..

  I ordered delivery they said 45 min to an hour it was longer. Not to mention my food was extremely cold my hamburger was cooked to a crisp. The pizza was cut for size u would give ur 1 year old to naw on!😡 my 5 year old even told me to never order from here again!. For a $38.00 order this service is the worst! I should of just mad hot dogs n macncheese atleast it would have been cooked right and warm! I am very dissatisfied with the food service but i will say the workers were great! Very respectful when order and deliverying but maybe should watch how to cook a pizza hamburger and wings on youtube! Sorry guys wish i could have gave a great review or none at all but this certainly i was not holding back! And I'm one who does not complain at all!

  Nasty. Gross I was regular customer, every other order there is something wrong with their food. I wont order anymore after this time.. Cheese bread tastes burned, dipping sauce looked like it had mold in it, pizza looked like there was a dead cockroach in one of the slices. And they are unprofessional. I asked for a refund & they wouldn't replace it because some of the bread was eaten..

  I have never had a good expierence here. Every pizza has black and green crust from the pans on the bottom indicative of not cleaning pans correcttly or not at all for that matter. I even tried it a few times after my first disappointting encounter. Will go else where in the future. #disappointedpiefan

  They not clean.the pizza is cold and burn by the time it gets to you. The pizza is cold. The chicken isn't cook throughly and yoy can taste that old grease they cook it in.

  My order was completely wrong and missing items the chicken was undercooked, spoke with a Mike the name on the receipt he claimed his name was Ray when I called back twice once while the delivery man was present and then the second time Mike or Ray lied about what I had ordered and when I told him he was incorrect and how the conversation went when I placed the order he told me to talk like a human and hung up. Tried to call back but no answer. Filed a formal complaint with the corporate office
