Slow service and the drive thru girl asked me if I wanted my change. Food was good.

Fast courteous service, food was fresh & hot, rest room was clean, with plenty of hand soap & paper towels. The dining area was neat & clean. "Rang the bell on the way out!"

Staff aren't very friendly, root beer served in paper cups, not mugs. Restaurant is kind of dark and dingy, music too loud. Food tastes good, though.

It reminded me of my childhood. The hamburger meat was fresh and the root beer mug was frosted.

My first time at A&W, ( I've relocated from NJ & there is none in the state) Good change from the everyday fast food & delicious A & W in a frosted mug

Great food and service. Sadly the credit card machine was down and a lot of people had to leave. Luckily we had cash. Hope it is fixed so they don't lose customers.
