Very friendly staff, Matthew was a great help. This hotel was super clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, I'll be staying here again.

Thought we would spend a nice one night anniversary at one of our favorite hotel chains, the Hampton. When we arrived at the one on foothill drive in Salt Lake we discovered that it is not like the others! Tiny room, no bath, really firm bed, similiar in feel to a less expensive motel. On the positive side the breakfast was wonderful, decor was updated, bathroom was spacious, and everything was clean.

Have stayed here multiple times and will be back. Great free hot breakfast, homey atmosphere, super friendly staff, big rooms what mite could you ask for? Oh yeah, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon yum yum.

This has been a great hotel. The rooms have been very roomy and comfortable. They had a great pool and hot tub. Their breakfast was also fantastic and it was great to start off every morning with a hot breakfast. I really enjoyed it here and the staff was all fantastic.

Very nice Hotel I have travelled nationwide business and pleasure and found this right up there with the best. 4 stars on the Bfast but the stay was 5 and wonderful for our needs. Near the U of U and very easy access from the loop road coming from the south. I forgot my MacBook proprietary charging cord in a drawer they sent it to me cheap - $7.00 included a very nice note and some Halloween candy. Impressed and THANK YOU AGAIN :)

Very comfortable space. Parking might have been an issue with the hotel full, but it wasn't this week. Good food around and a great neighborhood just a few small blocks over with better food. it was close to the route out to Park City and so convenient.

Located close to shops, restaurants and the Hogle zoo. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and have all amenities needed. Breakfast is great, the pool was a hit with the kids and the overlook area provides great views of the mountains and the city. The staff are friendly and check-in was fast.

We stayed in about 5 hotels in the Salt Lake area. I'd rank this place probably third out of the 5. It's pretty expensive for what it is. It's a good place to stay, but we actually enjoyed a much cheaper place more than here. Otherwise I'd probably rate it 5 stars.

Had a really nice stay. Was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was fully stocked even though we got to breakfast just before they closed @ 10. Pool and hot tub were pretty good, but the pool was a bit cold. Air conditioning in the room worked really well. Bed was hard, but that wasn't too much of a surprise. The low flow shower head was surprisingly good. Staff was nice and accommodating. More expensive than I would have liked. Would stay again.

Very good service. Very friendly staff. Only downfall was being charged the in case of incident fee without being told. I had to ask while checking out. Otherwise, very tidy rooms and the honors program is well worth it!

Very comfortable and affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family staying in SLC. The staff is professional and helpful. Parking is fabulous. The breakfast is to die for. Who makes this kind of breakfast as part of the continental benefit? So unbelievably good. Highly recommend it. Yes it is location, location, location.

Good property. Clean rooms, professional staff from Housekeeping to Breakfast bar to the FD. The hotel is in a good location. Decent parking and as I mentioned, the rooms were clean. Great guy (Doug I think) at the FD. I am terrible with names. He was great. No complaints at all.

We have stayed at this Hampton one other time for a New Year's getaway. We decided to go back and stay here again. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff and informed of the activities for the evening. The dining area was loaded with board/card games and we were invited to come down and participate. The third floor balcony was going to be open late for viewing fireworks in the valley.
This Hampton is very well maintained and clean. We enjoy Hampton for their consistent accommodations and perks. We had enough point for a free stay and were treated just like any other stay. I like the Hilton Honors program and have had several free stays over the years. I feel like a wanted member and always feel appreciation for my business.
This Hampton is very convenient to East I-215, East I-80 and the University of Utah Campus.
Room Tip: East rooms on the second and third floors
