Clean and comfortable. It is definitely above average. The pool area was clean. The sauna looked well loved and almost due for some maintenance though.

The room was nice and clean. The window had thick curtains to block the outside light. The breakfast food is not as good as other hotels that I have stayed at.

Stayed for a work trip. If it werent for my company paying the bill i would have canceled my stay. The room has jacuzzi tub but no mini fridge or a microwave?? Get your priorities straight, Holiday inn. Definitely better places for the price.
Revision 9/30. Hotel made accommodations and had a fridge and microwave put into my room. Furthermore, staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating!! Friendly and extremely helpful. Holiday Inn, your staff made all the difference with my stayresponse / report this review -

Second time staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Price is great! No fridge, which would be the only thing I would really change.

Great rooms. 24 hour sauna, hot tub, and pool. Good breakfast. 24 hr Fitness center. Would recommend.

Nicest Holiday Inn I've ever been to. The rooms look recently renovated and there was even a sauna in the shower. Really great deal for the price.

Good for a cross country stop with animals (one dog, one cat) and kids. Pool is 5 ft deep and there is a large jacuzzi. Within walking distance to lots of services and restaurants. The Olympic Park is a short drive and offers great views with a cool little ski museum and some adventure activities. We even got to see some bobsledders practicing!

Rooms are a little pricey but Im sure the free breakfast makes up for that. Nice and cozy rooms. The beds are heavenly.

The rooms were clean and nice. Biggest issue is the outlets on the lamps are too large so my two pronged plug would just wobble back and forth. The hot breakfast was averagely good. They have hot cookies they put out in the late afternoon.

This was my worst time ever at a Holiday Inn Express. I went to shower, and the water went cold after 2 minutes I went to dry off, and the first towel smelt like urine, and the second one looked like it had a stain from someones rear end on it. Thankfully there was one clean towel waiting.
