Was sent to do a test for the company I work for in the facility. They provided coffee, tea, and a host of other beverages complimentary. Not to mention an entire pantry of paid options. The staff was curteous.

The location was good but you do need to drive to get to any shopping or food options. The room was on the small side but was clean and the decor was modern. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Complimentary breakfast was great, had alot of options and the dining area had morning news coverage. The only downside was that the "suites" only had two queen sized beds stuffed into a small room that also had a pull-out couch. The space wasn't too limited but it wasn't anything ginormous.

Hands down the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. The front desk was awesome at check-in and checkout. You won't believe how incredible Gloria and Kyle working the breakfast area are! This is our new, permanent spot to stay when we visit The Villages!

Everything perfect. Felt like a 5 star hotel.

The usual Hilton chain amenities make it difficult not to at least "like" this place. However, the layout of the suite was a little strange. The refrigerator in the room kept making a "knocking" noise throughout the night and made it difficult to sleep. The suite could have been divided into separate areas as opposed to one large room. May have made it easier to rest and not feel like I was in an arena. The breakfast service and polite staff make up for these minor flaws and still make for a decent stay.

Great hotel! Staff is very friendly and accommodating to any requests. Convenient location to most neighborhoods in the nearby area. Rooms are clean and the beds are amazing! Will definitely be back

We spent 9 nights at the Hampton Inn Lady Lakes in the Villages Florida. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay with them again.

The staff was very kind and helpful! The breakfast was good. The rooms echo more than any room I've ever been in The worst part was the extremely noisy room.this made our night unsleepable. We called the desk several times but the young sports team was never tamed. There were pipes running through the walls that were extremely loud the whole stay.

Great, clean rooms with a good atmosphere. The breakfast was great and everything looked really premium. The only bad thing is that the bottom floor is susceptible to occasional bugs since it's close to all the exits. No roaches, just beetles. I only saw one live one.
