The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. Mostly occupied by business professionals. Complimentary breakfast included hot food and was good. No surprises overall, easy overnight stay on a business trip.
Everything was great except for the oddly rigid comforters. The location was great. All of the workers were very helpful.
Really friendly and informative staff. Nice rooms. Beds were comfortable.
Nice sized rooms that are well maintained and clean. Good breakfast selections and they also have little brown bags with snacks and water for guests to take for the day which is a nice touch when traveling. The gym is pretty small and the treadmills feel old, but it is sufficient for a travel workout.
Great stay. Very helpful. Nice. Comfortable. Smart. Best stay. Great breakfast. Best service.
The place was clean and very impressive. The staff were genuine and very nice. The food was delicious. All in all, I'd never sleep anywhere but here if I could while traveling on the road. The event hall was great.
Hampton is generally a safe bet for a good room and a nice breakfast. This is certainly no exception. Great work.
Friendly staff, rooms are good for price paid.
Room would have been great if it weren't for the frat-like atmosphere all niggt long. Doors slamming, people yelling, cars in parking lot with very loud music with heavy bass. One young behind hotel desk probably fearing her own safety isn't going to be able to stop them all. Can't believe we paid good money for a Hampton Inn to put up with that. Left at 3am exhausted from a terrible night in a very comfortable clean room.
Nice rooms, we'll kept and functional. Business oriented, good desk to work at. Free Breakfast choices are more limited then I would like, but still covers a broad range of preferences.
Clean with a courteous staff. Breakfast is skimpy, even for a cheap continental breakfast.
Edit:
The first night I arrived I tried to shower. Turned the shower on and waited for hot waterand waitedturned the sink faucet onand waited some more. After 5 minutes i walked down to the front desk and asked about it. Someone came back to my room and after running the shower and faucet a little while longer the water became warm. Not hot exactly, but warm enough for me (I don't take particularly hot showers). I wasn't going to mention this originally because it was not a big deal to me. However, the next night when i returned to my room there was a gift bag of assorted treats and a personal note from the manager apologizing for the issue. This was above and beyond anything I expected or even what I feel the situation warranted. Very pleased with the level of service by the staff.
