Standard Hampton Inn service, rooms, breakfast, parking. Outstanding gym. Breakfast space (where to sit and dine) is very limited. Great service and location for convoy area

Rooms are a good size, clean, and comfortable. The front desk is very accommodating and took care of us during our stay when we had questions, needed more towels, etc. There's also complimentary breakfast and wifi, which were added benefits. The hotel also has a decently sized fitness center and pool, but we did not use them during our stay.

Thought $170/night was too much for a Hampton Inn, but the customer service of every staff member was absolutely top notch! From the manager to the desk people to the cleaning crew to the kitchen staff. And we interacted with multiple people in each position. Yes, the amenities might feel somewhat limited if you're used to $500/night Vegas or NY hotels but the customer service won't. Definitely will recommend and go back again next time.

Upon arriving greeted with a smile. Services was excellent, room was clean and modern . Pool was beautiful ,towels were supplied. Breakfast was wonderful. From 6am to 10am. You can sit by the pool as well as the comfortable tables provided inside . Eggs and cheese , sausage. Bagels, muffins, pastries , English muffins, three types of juices, coffee, teas, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt and make your own waffles. This was a great breakfast. Provided FREE. Coffee served all day. I enjoyed my stay.

This Hampton is the BEST!!! Entire hotel and pool are immaculate!!! ALL staff work very hard and continue to go above and beyond!! Breakfast was VERY crowed with all of the guests eating but Lillian who was the young lady that worked that area each day provided SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with a beautiful smile at all times. It seemed so natural for her and so sincere she did not wavier with all of the guests acting like they had never seen food before I could not have kept up with the demands!! She did each morning!! FRONT desk staff is also amazing!! HOUSEKEEPING AND GROUNDS staff work very, very hard and it certainly shows!! PERFECT LOCATION!! PERFECT ALL THE WAY!!!

My first stay here and it was pleasant. Friendly staff and room was clean. TV had all the channels I wanted and I appreciated the desk area to work on. The complimentary breakfast was good and coffee was better than I anticipated! Location is right next to the freeway and by some great food. Would definitely stay again the next time I'm in the area.

Good location without having to be downtown. Well maintained property. Professional staff. Free parking. The rooms are well layer out. If your looking for a good restaurant close by this hotel, check out the Butcher Shop Steakhouse. Don't let the outside or name fool yougreat food & good ambience.

The room is fantastic. Well kept and very comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good with lots of options. Mobile unlocking and check in was very convenient. All requests have been met with great results. Being 10 minutes from downtown San Diego, I would definitely recommend.

The location was nice. The room was tidy when we arrived. It had lots of space. With one room, we fitted 4 people.
