Staff here is awesome, which is usually the only thing I actually care about, but there are some other perks too. There's a pretty well stocked bar, the lobby is nice, there are tons of elevators so it's never a super long wait to get to your room. The room I am in is spacious, comfortable, clean, and smells fresh. All in all, pretty great experience if it's in your budget. :)
Hotel is pretty nice. Relatively modern and the staff is very helpful. No free breakfast if you care about that. No complaints at all but also nothing extremely exceptional. Would recommend.
The pool area, bar and coffee shop were all great. The rooms wee laid out nicely and used the space well. There could have been a little more counter space around the sink, but overall we were very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Good Courtyard. Nice rooms. Good lobby, very large area for meeting. They have a restaurant and a bar in the lobby area. convenient to SDGE. Staff is friendly. Decent breakfast and can get dinner.
We were in San Diego for a soccer tourney Labor Day weekend (2017), the Marriot Courtyard on Spectrum Blvd was excellent. The hotel lobby, pool, and rooms were all very nice and well maintained. Which is always nice, but the best part was the customer service. From the front desk staff to housekeeping to the cafe service, all of the people working there were always professional and willing to go to the extra mile.
The rooms were very clean and felt new. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was delicious and served Starbucks coffee. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Facility overall is really kept up.
Great place to stay! The front desk is very welcoming. The lounge offers numerous TVs, overview of the pool and fireplaces, and easy access to the bar. Chat with witty Ben the bartender. The food at the Bistro is also great. I recommend the burger and fries, or the salmon, or flat breads. If you can't decide ask Mike; he is always on point. Whatever you need, everyone is happy to help.
Wonderful Staff, Friendly, energetic and make you feel at home.
Special praise to the front desk crew,; Dom and April you were both absolutely a pleasure to meet.
Kitchen Staff and Bar staff were amazing as well, down to earth people that simply make you feel like your at home away from home, Nona, Angie were a bright stars every morning making sure I had my coffee; Ben, Mike, and Chester made sure I had way too much fun in the evenings.
Special shout out to Tao as he greeted me anywhere and every time he ran into me caring for the hotel.
Thank you all and see you again this coming Sunday!

It's unfortunate that I was only staying with a friend for one night here. The front desk was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious enough for several people. The beds were above average and I was pleasantly surprised.
We stayed in a Prado Suite, their smallest suite at 1,000 sq. ft. It's actually two regular hotel rooms with a large double-doorway providing flow between the bedroom and the sitting room areas. The double doors are very thick and heavy and can create a sound as well as a visual barrier between the rooms if closed. Because the Prado Suite created from two rooms, there are two complete bathrooms, closets and dressing areas. If having two bathrooms is important, this is the way to go. We were on the third floor (the top floor and at the same level as the lobby), looking to the northwest through trees and shrubs to the beautiful golf course. A balcony off each room had two comfortable chairs and a table on each balcony for enjoying the fresh air.
The facility was created with a high degree of quality designed into the finishes. Wood, marble and tile abound. The bathroom fixtures are gold plated and mirrors have beveled edges. Doors are very thick, solid wood and very heavy. The adjectives that come to mind in describing this property: opulent, luxurious, sumptuous, palatial, lavish, magnificent and grand. If you're looking for understated, it won't be easy to find here.
From the start it was nothing but spectacular. We had a long flight from the East Coast. When we got in we had some issues with a rental car agency that will go nameless because the experience was nothing short of disgusting. Enter Shanelle at the front desk, she upgraded our room and gave it to us at half the cost, then enter Robbie, he sensed the frustration on our faces and got us a VIP drink. He also booked our dinner cruise where I proposed to my very beautiful fiancée. When our room was ready Antonio brought us our luggage and we could never know how awesome this person is. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in all we wanted to do. The place, like the city of San Diego was immaculate. We plan on going back and will not even think about staying anywhere else. Great job Hard Rock and staff for making my first trip to the west coast so memorable.
A very nice hotel with some very helpful and friendly staff. The room I was in was well laid out and the internet worked beautifully. I wish there were better food options within walking distance, but that's just being picky.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around
Very nice. Heated pool and jacuzzi are always a plus, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was decent. What put this place over the top was the service. They were very accommodating.
