Great customer service, room clean and ready on time and gave great dinner recommendations.

Let me first off say the customer service is great hete. I had a business meeting locally and had to be there at 830. I went to the hotel first to drop off my belonging and found out my check in was much later, the employee at the front counter let me check in and drop off my stuff. Make my life much easier then having to haul around my luggage.

Handy location, not right in the city. Average rooms. Front desk check in was terrific in the days K'la. Night time person was a bit confused. Nice breakfast.

Easy check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay.

This Hampton was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The entrance was a little hard to see at night. We thought we were turning into it but it was the on ramp to the highway. The surrounding area was good too and we didn't hear traffic noise for being so close to the highway.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast and tea/coffee set up was fantastic. However the elevator is possibly the slowest in the United States and the shower head and pressure was rather sorry. Overall quite a nice stay. Should of stayed on the 1st floor. 😀

My friends room was very clean and well kept. I saw no damage to the rooms or anything that would worry me regarding her safety. Staff was very pleasant. She had a room in the 3rd floor and it was very peaceful and quiet. Only problem we felt were how insanely slow the elevators were. We waited a few minutes for the elevator. LONG MINUTES. But thank God they had stairs lol. The Ubers charged $22 just go travel 1.2 miles so be very weary of choosing uber over taxi cabs.

First let me say we always stay and Hilton or Hampton inn but the one in nanuet on rt 59 is the worst I ever stayed at.
Warm room even at 65 on the thermostat.
Bed was so uncomfortable.
Asked for a fork and a plate,i was told , I can only do one thing at a time,not friendly. Never again.response / report this review -

I have worked in the hotel industry for a long time and this hotel is not very good. We have stayed here before and it was a lot better. At check-in I was told the pool was just filled 2 days before and the water is a little chilly. We have been here 3days and now they tell us they need to order a part for the pool. We can go next door to a sister hotel and swim but you will freeze coming out wet it is only 25degrees outside.You have to walk across the parking lot to get there. Also the breakfast was horrible. I waited 15minutes to have eggs and when they came out they were cold in the middle. Also had a bagel and the toaster hardly toasted it. The bagel was hard.I paid over 8 hundred dollars for 5 nights. This is crazy. Will never stay here again. Hopefully someone else will not get stuck like we did.
