The hotel is very laid back and calm. The rooms are nice and we'll kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very accommodating.

One night stay. For the price it was satisfactory. It was clean but seemed a little sparse. Only one chair, no other place to sit except beds. Microwave placed on top of small fridge. Ect.

It's hard for me to give a complete answer to this question because I am still staying at the countryinn in west valley but as of right now I would have to say that it's a great hotel with great staff the rooms are pretty much the basic hotel room but the breakfast buffet every morning is awesome the lady that cooks it is great the hotel offers cookies at the front desk everyday and there complementry with coffee and such and the vending machines are also great they have a ice-cream machine so I would have to say so far it's a great place to stay with a great staff.

We have been here less than 1 day and I am glad we chose this Hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast for our players was great. They even kept it open later for us because we got in very very late last night. The front desk personnel, maids and staff have been very helpful. The manger is extremely polite and really nice. Couldn't have picked a better place.

The hotel is easy to get at and has plenty of parking. We travel with our dog and they always accommodate us with a main floor room. Free hot breakfast is served daily and isn't too bad. Only complaint I had this trip was the room is in need of an update. Ceiling in the bathroom is multiple colors from a variety of patches. Floors are thing and we had a child in a room above us with inconsiderate parents who let the child run and jump around for hours. It was so bad, things in our room were rattling!

Overall the hotel is fine if you need a place to sleep. You're not going to find anything fancy, and the rooms are nothing to write home about, but there are beds, and a shower, so it does the trick. I typically don't even write reviews, but I did want to acknowledge the staff. Front desk, and housekeeping staff were always friendly, and helpful. We had problems with our room keys not working, and they were always there to help get it figured out. Obviously the staff is doing their best with the hotel that they're working in.

This hotel is in a great location near the mall, starbucks and lots of food options. The rooms had double queens, pillows were ok, the shower tub was a bit old with cracks in the enamel but all in all it was a comfortable hotel stay. We used the pool which could really use a cleaning considering their were little rocks throughout the pool and previous guest wrote messages on the tile inside the pool. The free breakfast was your usual scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, potatoes, bread, bagels, multiple juice selection, milk, cereal and fruits. Overall it was a good stay.

Usually I've had a great experience with Carlson hotels and with County Inns but this time was different. We were give a room key to an occupied room. Got that switched. The new room had shredded curtains, a huge dent in the wall, and grit in the bed. Switched again and the last room was ok but still had some rips in the curtains. The furniture was kind of beat up too. I think it's just an old hotel and nneeds to be redone.

I gave it 2 starts only because the front desk lady was nice and allowed us go check in early (we had to leave by midnight).

My room was beyond disgusting and I didn't notice it all at first but here are some highlights:

Band-aid stuck to floor
Dirty coffee pot
Un-flushed and clogged toilet
Dirty shower curtain
Handle to sink faucet is gross
Dead fruit flies all over the surface of the pool
Pool room is old and disgusting
Parking lot littered with semis some of whom appeared to just be parking there
Overall dirty and old property throughout
The front desk lady yelling into phone about someone in jail - sorry to hear that but the type of person who would say that in public shouldn't be at a front desk

I did have a quiet stay due to vodka and I slept okay. When I woke up I could here neighbors slamming doors.

There is a big screen TV in the room and a small microwave and fridge if you need that's the best I can say about it aside from the people were nice.

Lady at front desk was very nice. Rooms however were horrific. The first room they put us in looked like somebody was already in it. They had open water bottles, and trash all over. Room service didn't even throw out the used bars of soap. after talking to the lady at the front desk she moved us to a new room which when you opened up the door the first thing you notice is the smell of smoke pouring out.
( 100% smoke free posted all over the hotel)
When I went to let the lady at the front desk to let her know of our disappointment she didn't seem to concerned. Also the guy that she sent to go check out the first room came back and down played the room to not to bad and that he just picked up the trash. Then they went on to blame it on the fact that housekeeping is in training this week. if they can't even pick up a little trash, it leaves to question the cleanliness of the whole room.
All in all poor room quality! Poor customer service! Poor Hotel!

Swift Transportation sent my husband and I here while our truck was in the shop.
The shuttle driver who picked us up was very light hearted and personable.

Once at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly desk agent. Although she was very busy she was attentive and got us checked in quickly. The lobby is very clean and there is complimentary coffee and fresh cookies.

We stayed on the third floor and the hallway itself was clean and even had a light refreshing lemon scent.

The room had decent decor and overall well kept and there were no stains on the rug. The bed is so comfortable. The bathroom was so clean and you get plenty of towels. It was great to have a tv in the living room and bedroom. Me and my husband didn't have to fight over what to watch.

The breakfast is awesome!!!! Eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit. You name it they probably have it.

The hotel has a laundry room, pool and hot tub and is in walking distance to restaurants, bars and a movie theater.

Really enjoyed ourselves and will return if we are ever here again. We received a Carlson Club card so we will more than likely stay at a hotel associated with it just because of our great stay here.
