Recently I was given the opportunity to stay at the crystal Inn in westvally because a friend of mine had already paid for the weekend and was not going to use the last night there so he offered and I excepted and I have to say that my experience there was not to bad at all I would have to say that I really like the crystal Inn in west valley better than the Murray location when it comes to the hotel staff there a lot nicer and a whole lot easier to work with they are very accommodating and if you have the choice I would say definitely pick wedtvalley location the food was about the same the pool and what not was the same the rooming my opinion were almost as good as in Murray maybe a little tiny bit smaller but really not by much. So like I was saying I prefer the west valley location over the Murray location mainly because of the hotel staff cause the staff in Murray is really bad and that's about the nicest way possible to be when in reference to the staff at the Murray location the wedtvalley location is by far the better hotel but if price is the issue there's hotel's right around the crystal Inn in wedtvalley that are just as nice and basically just as good that are cheaper so keep that in mind if that's a factor.

Great service! Fantastic staff! A lot of people stood out and were very helpful.

Update:
Our stay was very good. Especially since we stayed one day extra due to my having an asthma attack from the inversion. The staff were very considerate.

Might I add that I am very glad that they maintain their air filters? Because it helped me recover faster by having clean air to breathe.

The breakfast was good. The staff considerate. One name that stood out was Rexene. She was great at helping us figure out our accommodations. But it isn't limited to her. All the staff were attentive and made our stay feel like we were at a home away from home. And you can quote me on that. Top notch! Will happily stay here again!

Stayed twice in the last week. Staff was friendly. Room was pretty nice. Continental breakfast in the morning was above average, I would say. The hotel is in a much nicer place than the other one. We would stay here again!

Stayed overnight for a work conference in SLC. Good location, right off I-215 and next to the Maverick center. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Serves a good breakfast.

The rooms were well prepared and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The continental breakfast was very good but had less choices than typical of this caliber of hotel. All in all a great experience!

This stay was great. Tremendous staff and nice rooms. The one complaint was my room was like 90 degrees when I got in. They didn't have the a/c running at all. Other than that the stay was awesome

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Nice room very comfortable and we liked the pool and hot tub!! Great place, perfect for my little family!

We stayed in their jetted tub suite. Nice size room with a king bed in its own area. The tub had two steps up into it and was really nice and deep. Both my husband and I fit in tub facing each other (not wide enough to be side by side) It was just what I needed to get relaxed. We did not turn on the Jets because our baby was asleep in the area with the king bed. We had breakfast the next morning and it was delicious. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and beautiful. The bathroom left something to be desired as it was incredibly tiny (just a shower and toilet). Otherwise it was an excellent location to stay. They also have a small gym that is set up nicely and although I didn't use it, their pool and hot tub area seemed nice.

Great location. Close to everything. Just park your car and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Pool, rooms and breakfast are great. Staff is very friendly. Wish the heaters/air conditioner was a little quieter but you can't have it all. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly, room was nice, comfortable. Felt like home. Breakfast was nice, not crowded. I will be back. The hotel was a little older but they did a good job of updating and making it feel like home. The staff was really helpful and even upgraded my room to a king suite just to be nice.
