The poorest of Hilton properties I have visited. Day staff enjoys smoking in front or beside the lobby with door propped open. Spring closures on exterior doors broken doors slam each time the close. Permits in both elevators expired a month ago use at you own risk. Floors of elevators could use a mop once a year. Decorative stickers partially peeled off. Day staff not that easy to work with. As rewards members entitled to late check out was graciously granted an additional 30 minutes. One morning I woke up to rotohammer in the room next door, I poked my head into hallway and found the hallway choked with furniture and old mattresses from on end to the other. If your a government traveler on TDY look elsewhere.
The beds were outstanding. The room's were clearly and staff was amazing. Going to switch from marriott to Hilton. First time I was able to sleep all night.
Very nice, but a touch pricey, there are twenty hotels in the area, stayed 2 doors down for half price on Friday night
Hotel was spotlesswell stocked.. and the staff was friendly, polite and efficient.. I will definitely stay there again.
We checked in at 3am and the lady at service desk was exceptionally friendly. They accommodated us and helped us use our Hilton reward points toward our stay. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, the only complain they should install a water softener. The water is very hard and it is hard to wash off soap. Otherwise a good hotel.
The room was so nice, we had a suite on the 3rd floor and it was so big and open. A nice kitchenette (microwave, mini fridge, sink, and coffee maker) and a mirror and sink separate from the bathroom. Service was great, all the workers were nice, and the breakfast staff were so accomodating. I love this place and I will be staying here again.
Great service people are friendly rooms are excellant
Great hotel. Clean, safe, comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Standard Hampton Inn. Everyone is helpful and friendly. One time the room smelled a little smoky, but not bad enough that I would complain. Convenient to the interstate and town. I'll probably stay here again.
Clean hotel and hospitable staff. Convenient on/off to I-95. Plenty of nearby restaurants.
Told all king rooms were booked first thing a.m., never ran into that before at any other Hampton, no signature at checkin- "we don't do that here", on checkout, invoice not on letterhead, again "we only provide it on request" by the way, plumbing needs repair, shower head ring fell off into my hand and sink faucet very wobbly you think cleaning staff would have noticed? Obviously short on money, what else is lacking that I didn't see?
