Clean and nice appearing motel. Desk personnel nice and professional. We would not return because the HV/AC blew directly on us. The breakfast bar had issues - broken equipment, too crowded and lack of food and coffee.

We usually stop in Kingsland on our way to Florida. We usually stay at the Best Western, because we have a rewards card with the hotel.
The hotel rooms are nice and the beds are comfy.
The breakfast room is very small, but they have a great pancake machine and the pancakes are very tasty.

Haven't stayed at a Best Western for several years and generally prefer Hampton Inn or Marriott. However, this hotel (Best Western Plus) was a pleasant surprise. Room was very comfortable and quite. A/C could be set to automatic and the fans turns on and off as needed, where most systems the fans runs all the time and creates a constant racket. Bathroom area was modern and up to date. Bedding was not the Marriott dream bed but very comfortable.
Breakfast area was on the small size compared to Hampton but more than adequate with hot and cold choices.response / report this review -

Clean room, kind staff, nice hotel. Booked a king bed room and when we arrived only two doubles were available. Not a huge problem for us, but I've never understood why the system lets you book a room that isn't available. I'm

I really loved this hotel, we had stayed in 4 other hotels and this was one outstanding. Wish I was traveling soon again so I could stay there. Breakfast had more variety then other hotels. the architecture of the building is beautiful. I was amazed to have all this at a fair price. Cleanliness was superb also.

Convenient location and the staff was nice. The rooms were mediocre at best though. We had to change rooms due to a musty smell and mold on the ceiling. Thankfully the front desk was extremely accommodating and got us a new room that was much better. All in all it was pretty much what I expected when I booked our stay.

I had a fantastic stay here. For the price you pay, you get a very nice and clean room with a comfy bed. The breakfast was good, a bit of everything. At night they have coffee and fresh cookies. I didn't swim in the pool but it looked really clean. The staff was so nice. The maintenance man helped open my car when I locked my keys in and I didn't have time for AAA to come.

This hotel is not only beautiful, but it is clean as can be. The hallways are so well lit, the carpeting clean, the elevators spotless. This is the nicest hotel we have stayed at in the last 5 years. The night before staying here, we were in a Sleep Inn.paid more money and they did not have a hot breakfast because the breakfast employee quit the day before. We are moving over to the Best Western chain.

Definitely FIVE STARS! The staff was amazing! Mona, Babs, and Sheila were great to just name a few. Rooms were very clean. We will be staying there again. We had such a good time that we even extended our stay one more night. The complimentary breakfast was perfect!

Hotel was very nice. Very clean. Everyone that you came in contact with was friendly. Hotel has very lite parking lot at night so your not scared to get out and walk into the hotel. Very quiet hotel. Can't hear any of the noise from the interstate. Will be staying again!

Stayed in a room with 1 king bed. Bed was comfy and the AC was working so well it could turn the room into a fridge. Breakfast was not the best free breakfast I've had at hotels. The breakfast room was really small. The water in Kingsland tends to smell a bit like sulfur. Overall, if I have to travel here for work, I would definitely stay here again.
