Clean, quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Not sure why someone said lame breakfast, I travel a lot and this was one of the best ones I have had in a long time!!

It wasn't the worst accommodations but it wasn't the best either. My mom has mostly booked with HIE for years but it has been a couple years since I have stayed in one myself. The room was nice. But the side door card reader was broken which normally wouldn't bother me but I had my handicapped grandfather with me and he can't walk all the way around the building to get inside. The breakfast was horrible and the road construction made it very difficult to even get to the hotel. I am in the process of deciding which hotel rewards program to join for myself and after this experience I am not considering the Holiday Inn Line.

As usual, the welcome was friendly and they remembered us from former stays. The only issues I have, and they are big ones:
---The beds are too highw a a y too high. It was extremely difficult for me to get up on it, and once there I was NOT getting off!😕
---The assist bar in the tub is installed incorrectlyit should be diagonallywhen I tried to use it, my hand slipped and I almost fell. Not good. 😨
---One more thing that would be greatly appreciated is a light over the luggage rack.
Beds are comfortable breakfast is very goodthe rooms are beautifully decorated and the hotel is clean and inviting.

Stayed there for the ga/fla game for the second year in a row. Great stay for the location and price. The renovated rooms are nice. Breakfast is decent and the staff is friendly.

Pleasant staff and very clean surroundings in lobby and eating areas. Room inviting and updated. Could have used one more TV tray; however, very pleased with the modern vibe of the surroundings and room. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities of the frig, microwave , and Keurig coffeemaker were wonderful. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Called and asked if hotel was Road Tractor/Trailer freindly, was assured that it was, it was not. Broken curb at back side of facility took out a Trailer tire on both trailers. Rooms were nice and comfortable

The first night we were on the third floor. Late that night the elevator broke and the staff moved us to the first floor. They were very accommodating and friendly. That rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning is very good and there are numerous choices. I would stay here again.

We spent the night here for my birthday. The room was spacious and calming. The beds were soft and comfortable. Staff was polite and outgoing. The breakfast bar was yummy. Lots of selections including healthy options. They even had a pancake maker and fresh cinnamon rolls. The lady that ran the food area was a true Southern lady. Very friendly and caring. I was very impressed with this location.

Very nicely renovated hotel. Clean, white towels & bed linens. Lots of outlets for charging phones. Ample, well-stocked breakfast. Quiet with plenty of parking.

Very impressed with their updated rooms. They are clean, large, and the beds are very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is good. Their breakfast is great! Oatmeal, fruit, scrambles eggd, buiscuts and gravy, sausage patties, omlets, toast, pancakes, pasties, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and cinnamon rolls.

We had an occasion to need a last minute booking for a large number of people and for an unusual situation. The manager was exceedingly gracious and helpful, as was the wonderful woman at the desk. They took care of us and did not make us feel like an inconvenience. We will recommend this hotel to our business partners and will use it again if the need arises. Just .Perfect

I do understand this motel was in the process of remodeling while we stayed here. The work that was done was nice. I was glad our room was new, with very modern furnishings!
