Decent location. Parking was readily available. Check in was a breeze and the NA was a pleasure to work with. I got the deluxe room with jacuzzi tub. The room was clean and wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic.

I read the previous comments so I booked the room and found my experience quite different. Took an hour and a half to get checked in at the front desk because the Clark did not understand their job, it's an older hotel that looks nice on the outside however when you get inside their issues. The biggest complaint that I have was a bed bugs incurred in the early morning hours. Get up and left ASAP!

During a two-day stay at Country Inn & Suites, I found the hotel to be quite nice and very comfortable. Our room had a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed and a door for privacy, as well as a separate living area with a pull-out bed. There was a micro-fridge and a larger half-sized fridge in the room and a separate sink outside of the bathroom in the small kitchenette. The bed was really soft, the room nice and quiet, and the water pressure in the shower was nice. Some rooms also allow pets, which was important to me, but no one noticed any other pets barking or making noise. All in all, I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend Country Inn & Suites.

Frankie says: This is not the best location but still decent. Price is $25 too high for the area, especially when they miss many details The Country Inn is known for. This one can be salvaged with deep reflection and honest commitment to change.

they were a lifesaver! we were fleeing from hurricane Irma with a lot of other people and they opened up the hotel so we could have a safe place to stay. the room was wonderful but the best part was the way they let us in out of the storm. I will always be grateful.

My wife and I really enjoyed the king suite. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were two televisions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The indoor swimming pool was recently renovated and was nice and clean. There is a hot tub next to the pool as well. A lovely breakfast is included. Great bargain!

Would not stay here again unless I really have too. My son and I were on vacation and decided to do Country Inn in Kingsland. Upon check in, my brother and sister came by the hotel until their room was ready at another hotel. I received a telephone call from the front desk stating "No more than 5 guests in a room at a time." I told her that fine. It's only 3 of us because my son was visiting family at the time. The next day, my son and I left for the day at 10 am. Upon returning, the same girl came to my room saying "Are you going to get another room like you said at check in"? I asked her what was she talking about. She said I have been watching traffic coming in and out all day and I told you 5 guests at a time. I was furious. I told her we have not been here all day. We just came back and I have NEVER HAD OVER 3 PEOPLE IN MY ROOM SINCE CHECK IN. She said I have been calling your room all day and you wouldn't answer. Lady, my son and I have been at the water park since 10 am this morning. She just stood there and stared. I told her I didn't appreciate her accusing me of anything. She later came back and said "I figured out what it was. When you and your son walked in, some people walked behind you guys and I thought they were with you." That really pissed me off. Don't accuse me of anything and don't assume anything. I followed all the rules of this hotel. She gave a lame apology and told me to have a good night. First and last time staying here. She ruined it for me! Bed was comfortable, room clean, breakfast was the same as a cheaper hotel would have.

Worse experience at a Country Inn & Suites, and we typically love these hotels! Room smelled of mildew, no other vacancies so we stayed the night but should have loaded back up and left. It was midnight and we just needed to sleep and shower, picked Country Inn because we never have had a bad experience. Upon checkout, clerk called the manager who authorized a whopping $20 discount even though I told her I hadn't slept much at all due to the conditions/coughing/eyes even irritated from it. Should have never stayed. On a smaller, not big issue the tv remote didn't work despite being given new batteries by clerk and a few jets in jacuzzi tub didn't work. Breakfast was good and convenient!

As always, a very good time. People are nice, polite, and always great you with a smile. The free breakfast is the bomb. We have seven (7) kids and that saves us a ton of money alone. Clean rooms, and breakfast area. I give them 2 thumbs up

My wife and I stopped here on our way to Orlando and this was a great place to rest our heads for the night. It is close to lots of restaurants and also close to the freeway but not TOO close. The desk person was very nice and helpful when we checked in. The room was clean and the beds were great. We would definitely stay here again. We also like stopping for the night before driving through Jacksonville. If you are headed to mid or southern Florida and need to stop for the night, this is a great place to do it.
