Very beautiful facility. A but more attention to detail would be nice on some maintenance/repair items. But overall one if the nicest places to stay in Indy

Room was very nice. Checked in late, after midnight, our first evening on a Saturday night. There were a number of young, pre-teens, running around. Seemed like management should have stepped in long before they did after one a.m. Had some issues with housekeeping not coming back to clean our room after stopping by early as we were preparing to leave our first morning. Food was good at breakfast. Good variety, clean area and staff was friendly.

Very nice hotel if you're working in the area - recently renovated. Nice common area with tables and bar. Appropriately priced food. Rooms are very clean with everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel for work if you get a good price on it.

We have stayed here twice. Last time, the carpet was damp. I guess they had just cleaned it or something. This time, kids went to the pool, no towels were there. Told the staff twice, and over an hour and still no towels. Had to swipe some from a maid cart. Also, 3 of the 4 elevators were not reliably working. Breakfast was fair, not great. We tend to stay at Embassy suites when traveling with the kids. This is definitely the worst one I can recall.

I'm a Hilton property loyalist, first and foremost. With that being said, I must say that I am disappointed with my recent stay. The quality you come to expect from a Hilton branded hotel is very high, and this property did not reach the mark. The floors were visibly dirty, the property ran out of towels, my bathroom was short-stocked on items, broken shower curtains, and peeling wallpaper. The aesthetics and inventory issues are going to be the reason I give Marriott a try for my upcoming week in Memphis. My wife and I were disappointed, as she is an former Hilton employee, we both hold the brand to higher regard than other chains. We will be exploring other options in the near future.

Great hotel! Amenities pristine. Sadly, our room smells like cigarette smoke and we have one lamp in our room that isn't working. The guests who came with us had very nice rooms. Nice enough hotel that I would try again despite the subpar state of our room.

The customer comes first at the Embassy Suites. The services was spectacular. The staff was very passionate. The hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled. The furniture was modern and we'll kept. The free breakfast was awesome. This hotel is in a good area with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. It's also located on a main thoroughfare that will take you right downtown. We will be back!

I have been to the embassy suites in multiple states. This is the best room I have seen this far. I also thought the staff went out of their way to be hospitable.
I really enjoyed my stay very much.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they have the cheapest rates around
Clean and friendly. The bathroom is a little crowded. The staff is friendly but we never received the towels and pillows needed the first night. I would stay here again. The breakfast is good, and you can get French toast and omelets cooked to order. The evening reception is good as well, fun to hang out with friends and family and catch up.response / report this review -

I booked a room last weekend for my husbands bday. From check in to check out everything was perfect! (even with the construction going on ) The customer service was great ! Very nice and friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. I had ordered room service to be there before i checked in a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries. Everything was there and set up very nicely. I did not know it was free breakfast until I read the reviews, so it would have been nice for the receptionist to let us know that information. But overall, great hotel ! I will def recommend.

Rooms were clean and nice. Pool area was very nice. Clean and warm water. Place is under construction and from the looks of it that may last a couple years. Three guys working at a snail's pace for the three days we were there. 2 of 4 elevators were out of service. The two that were functioning operated so slow I'm surprised they didn't go out of service too. Would I stay again? Not while it's under construction. We've had good luck with Embassy Suites in the past, just not the greatest this time. Nobody asked how our stay was either.

We love staying at Embassy Suites for the cocktail hour and breakfast. Atrium/lobby area was under construction which we didn't know before hand but ultimately, our stay wasn't affected. Rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast, Cocktail hour, and the pool was unaffected by the construction and we heard very little construction noise. We missed the beauty of the gardens/fountains of the atrium though. Our room was clean but we did have to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper as there was only 1 partial roll in the bathroom.
