This was a great stay! I travel a lot and hands down this was a great place. Rooms and bathrooms cleanfloors were even vacuum with nothing in corners. I check hotels rooms because nobody want stay in a dirty room!! Please keep up the cleanliness. I will be back for sure. It's hard find clean bed bug free hotels. Shout out to front desk staff who was kind and friendly. Breakfast was good. Thanks for a home away from home!!

I stayed 4 nights in the last week. I was greeted by a beautiful, happy, very pleasant and helpful front desk associate Sidney. Sidney also has a hidden talent beautiful and adorable towel animals & other. Every hotel should have a Sidney!! There was a wedding party staying over the weekend and were very rude guests allowing their children to run in their room and the halls on the 2nd floor until about 11pm. However, when I called the front desk they took care of the issue for that evening. The Children were back at it at 7 am! This would be rude & unthoughtful parents and not the fault of the hotel. I only left 4 stars because the bedding is a bit worn & could use to be replaced due to stains. Overall a good experience.

Suites here are actually quite nice, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mixup related to early check in, but the staff went above and beyond to get us squared away. Very clean and the breakfast is pretty nice. All in all, a great stay.

We called ahead to request early check-in, which we were told would be perfectly fine. Upon arrival our room was not ready, and we were not given a specific time to return. After requesting to be given a specific time, a room became available. I don't mind things not going according to plan when they're quickly remedied. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

The place was so sterile I was impressed with all the little things the staff would do for you. .polite personnel and the breakfast was delightful. We will defiantly stay here when we return

Amazing breakfast and service! They had everything from fresh pineapple and strawberries to waffles, sausage, and omelets. Also, the guest service was so good and the rooms were stocked and clean.

My family and I had a great time in this hotel. Every staff member was friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and well organized. Our room was a 2bd suite w/ 2 televisions, which came in handy with two kids. The pool and hot tub are small but we were able to have it to ourselves and that made it not seem so tiny. There were a few things that would have made it perfect if they were different, but the overall was great. Thanks Fairfield friends for being a big part of our trip.

A friend and I were taking our grandsons to the NC Zoo which is a few hours away from our home. We decided to book an overnight at The Fairfield and were very satisfied with
our stay and the reasonable price. The hotel is clean, modern, easy to find and about 10 minutes from the zoo. The staff was very helpful and they have an indoor pool and hot tub that the boys enjoyed for a few hours after supper. The breakfast was much better than the continental breakfasts of the past. There was hot food that included eggs, meat and we liked the waffle maker that made 4 tiny waffles instead one large waffle. The room, beds and pillows were very comfortable but we surprised that the beds were only full size. I imagine they offer a variety of rooms with different size beds and we still slept well with the full size.response / report this review -

Where to start! The hotel is clean and visually nice to be in. The staff is surpurb! My new husband and I are on our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty.

My girlfriend and I stayed here, after a day at the zoo. Great breakfast, comfy bed, but only 1 treadmill, so we could run like we wanted to. Pool/hot tub were in a small room and there were a lot of kids when we went down, so it was incredibly loud. Also, I'm not sure if the phone in the room was even real There was no power cord, no dial tone, and none of the buttons worked. Maybe I just didn't know how to use it? We needed it because we were having trouble getting the TV working and wanted to call the front desk, but we eventually figured it out, after resetting the cable box on the back of the TV. Overall, a good experience!

As one of the features hotels listed for a wedding that my girlfriend attended, we chose this place and were very satisfied. The staff were accommodating in several ways and also very friendly (something which can be hard to come by in this industry). We were granted access to the pool that evening with a staff member bringing us fresh towels. The rooms and common areas were clean. They snacks and beverages we purchased from the downstairs lobby that evening were also reasonably priced, which were simply added to our final bill. I would stay at this hotel again given the chance. Like I said, the staff made our visit a pleasure. Thanks guys!

Overall it was a very good stay. The continental breakfast was very good with many selections. The folks at the front desk were helpful. I really liked that the TV didn't put me through the hotel system each time it was turned on. I'd definitely stay again.
