Nice rooms very convenient for travelers south over the 85 via Atlanta, nice staff. Good internet, plenty of outlets and spacious parking
Everything went pretty well but the quality of the breakfast was poor in terms of variety.
Also the room service (maiden) can improve.
When we arrived we found the room clean and comfortable. It was hard for us to tell if the room received any visit of the maids in the second day.
Great service! Very clean rooms! Staff is very helpful and breakfast is GREAT. Best stay in Gaffney
This place was very clean. Had a nice staff. And the breakfast was wonderful
The room was clean and the front desk staff were amazing. Breakfast was average, as usual. Overall, no complaints!
The bed was excellent - very important when traveling! The hotel is being renovated but everything looked great! Located close to a large outlet mall, too! The "crowning touch" is the excellent service provided by the staff. Everyone is super!
Very nice and clean room. Staff was friendly only the check in person forgot to book me for 2 nights But that next clerk handled it. I would recommend
Ants in bed and furniture, very low water pressure, no AC in halls, no working ice machine on floor, uncomfortable beds, said they were remodeling, but it is going to take more than a coat of paint for this place. Pillows the size of my throw pillows on my sofa. Called to get more pillows that were not feather - they were and told to come and get them myself at front desk. Have to hold "new" toilet handle down to get it to flush. Small bugs in bed, don't know what they were. Smell of cheap air freshener to cover dirty smell. Mine was a "just remodeled" room. Culture at this hotel is not customer oriented. Picture is of ant at room door
Room was clean but very dated. Hallways were hot and had a very strong musty smell. Pool was closed for hotel renovation and parking was scarce as the construction takes up a lot of the parking. Woke up and opened the curtains to see construction guys right outside our window on the 4th floor with nothing to screen their view. It is either keep the curtains fully closed or let them see directly into room. There is a reason this hotel is being completely updated. It needed it several years ago based on what I saw. For the Hilton brand and Hampton Inn name this was not the type of hotel I was expecting. With all of these issues they should not charge nightly rates as if nothing was going on. Girl at counter said it was noted on their website that hotel is under remodel but I did not see it on Hilton website. If I had a choice I would not stay at this hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in the area. However, it is undergoing a major renovation that disrupts parking and creates a lot of noise. Staff was friendly.
Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is as expected and refilled, the staff is helpful and polite. When I asked about the gym they told me they were building one and the YMCA down the street was allowing guests to workout. All in all a pleasant stay for me.
The room was much bigger than I expected. Also, it was very clean when I came into the hotel. Guest service checked on me a few minutes after I checked in to make sure my room was satisfactory. A good experience overall.
We do a lot of traveling, and this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The beds are very comfortable, I slept all night. There was no noise, everything very clean. Good breakfast.
I just called to try to book a room for a overnight stay because I'm taking my kids to the nearby outlets and Big E' , and after I gave the receptionist my name and address she put me on hold, came back and said " we can't rent a room to you because you live within a 50 mile radius of the hotel. However I can give you some numbers to other hotels you can stay at. I'm sorry but this is a new policy under management." Since when does my address have to do with me booking a room?
I never in a million years heard anything of this nature when booking a room Anywhere. I travel a lot and never have had a problem like this before. Just absurd.
