Very clean hotel. My room and all common areas looks very nice and I perceive a clean aroma! Feels good. Business center has works for me. I liked the decoration.

Stay at Hamptons for a consistent good experience. This one was not up to par with others. My room would not cool and had someone check on it after I checked in. The host had no luck and didn’t offer a solution. It appeared the thermostat was about 10 degrees cooler than the actual temperature so the ac wouldn’t start up. Was a very warm night and had trouble sleeping. I let the host know in the morning at checkout and he seemed not very concerned saying some others have complained about other rooms.

I stay here quite frequently. This time was as smooth as always. I did try a different floor. 314 has this low part of the ceiling. Not a big deal unless you're over 6'1; otherwise you will have to bow to see your face in the mirror. Otherwise, the staff & facility is great!

Love the Hampton Inn! So clean! Hospitality from the front desk clerk, a young man named Tyler, was wonderful. Very courteous and helpful young man. Will definitely visit again.

David the desk clerk did an amazing job correcting a reservation error. Rooms are nicely appointed, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The only problem was that they had closed down the outdoor pool on Labor Day and we were there with kids for the weekend in September. In such a warm climate I would think the pool would still be open. Seems that it would be better to enclose it and turn it into an indoor pool.

This hotel has been updated. Our room had a nice walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator does not have a freezer compartment. It had a lot of vanity amenities. The staff was friendly.

Room was very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant. Ideal location for us as was along our route as we traveled to Ozone Falls in Sweetwater and was near excellent dinner, lunch and coffee options. Breakfast buffet was good. There was a large crowd and staff seemed to have hard time keeping up with demand. There's not enough seating as we stood waiting for others to finish. Kids enjoyed the pool though wife did have to skim the bugs out before they went in. Didn't seem to have been recently cleaned. Only other knock on it was that the bathroom ventilation didn't seem to work. The room became very steamy very quick. The staff said that it was something that they are working on.

I love Hampton hotels stay in them whenever I can. Todays visit has not been a good one. I arrived to check in at 5pm local time to be told I wasn't able to get two rooms on the same floor because they were not clean yet. Came back at 9 pm did get two rooms on the same floor but then they closed the pool at 9:45. Sign says pool closes at 10. Very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location.

At 4pm, I would expect a room to be ready then I found my room was right next to the elevators so that made for lots of noise. Otherwise, the staff was nice and hotel is clean.

Staff was great at check-in, checkout, and during stay. Room and bath were very clean. Heat/Cooling controls were very easy to use. Will stay again. Continental breakfast allowed for a gluten free meal. Breakfast staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
