The bands were good and consider how packed they were we got seated fairly quickly. They had entertainment for children as well which was nice with magic and balloons. The only setback was the price of the food to the portions it seemed as we did not get alot. The staff was friendly and interactive which made it enjoyable and loads of laughs. It was located in the middle of alot of the attraction so it was very easily accessible and convenient.

Shortly after our arrival, our booth was greeted by a MASSIVE cockroach. I informed a waitress (not ours because she wasn't around) and she was less than concerned l, like it was not a rare occurrence. My husband killed it and wrapped it in a napkin and I took it over to show her (thinking she would show a manager or something) and she just pointed at the trash can beside her and went on about her business. Nothing was said at all about it. New York steak was extremely bland, as well as the shrimp pasta. Table next to use sent both of their gumbos back to be reheated because they were barely warm. Will not be returning.

Had dinner last night and really enjoyed everything about this place. Food was good and a good value. Staff was good and attentive. Loved the atmosphere as well! Big TVs allowed me to catch up on the sports of the day. Gumbo was really tasty with a thicker roux than I prefer. Grouper, trigger fish, and shrimp all grilled perfectly. Absolutely loved the sweet potato tots for their consistency--not smooth like fries but with some chunks, like a light mash. Lots of beers to choose from as well as a full bar. Plenty of room for large groups and you can dine outside as well as in.

Atmosphere was great! Waiter was great! But food was bland. I got blackened grouper, all I could taste was the spice. Could not taste the coleslaw or fish at all. My friend got blackened shrimp, said it was the same. The shrimp was tasteless except for the blackened spice.

Good food, but the service was lacking a bit. The live entertainment was also great. My issues just related to the fact that it was a while to wait for our order to be taken and then even longer for the food to show up. If they had been super busy that would have been one thing but it was a relatively slow night. Refills weren't given unless asked for. I did like the food a lot which warrants a 4 star review.

Food was OK. The drinks were actually better than the food. Seating was available both indoor and outdoor. Experienced eating outdoors until a possum ran across my feet and underneath the dining table. How horrible.. They only offered us a free drink. Didn't NOT like this place!

We were looking for a quick bite and it was kind of late. Website said they closed at 11 but they had closed at 9. We arrived around 930 and the waitress said they were still serving because of how busy they were. They were so nice and pleasant. We ordered the KC Burger, Reg Burger, and Alligator. The food was great and prices were average. All of the waitress were great and friendly. We were happy with our food and will be back.

Food was decent, not exactly the best ever but pretty good for the most part. Wait wasn't too bad food came out relatively quick. Would definitely recommend this place if your around the area!

We went for a "paint party" one Friday night. These are usually fun events where everyone is showered in different colors of paint. The people handling the paint were maliciously hosing the crowd with squirt guns. They repeatedly aimed for faces. When we tried to use the restrooms to wash off (the paint burned in our eyes) they locked the doors. There was no access to water and employees were trained to be unhelpful. What a waste of time and money.

I waited 10 minutes for waitress to come to my table. I was seated at a dirty table, waitress nor hostess bothered to wipe it off. Waited 30 minutes for a tuna salad, only to cut into raw, cold tuna. Horrible experience, and they aren't even busy!!!

We had a coupon that said free kid meal with any adult entree. We didn't realize it had to specify "entree". The waiter asked the manager if he could take it off anyway and the manager would not. The waiter was great though.

I enjoyed my visit overall. The drinks were delcious and I love you can get refills in their plastic jug. The atmosphere was great and waiter was nice. However, the food is where I had my disappointment. The nachos were all chips, barely any toppings, total waste of money to me. It really bothers me when places serve a lot of chips with barely any toppings. I would buy chips, if I wanted plain chips. Also, one of the fish plates, I think red snapper, the topping was good, the fish was mediocre. I did have a lemon dessert of some type that was good though. Sorry, I had dinner here two months ago, so I cannot remember the names of everything exactly, but I remember the rest.

I can imagine though this place would be a lot of fun during tourist season, I love the outdoor seating and the alcoholic drinks were delicious!
