We cannot say enough positive things about Chad Hall and his crew. Chad has constructed for us the deck of our dreams, which has been a mega-deck build of about 1500 sq ft. No detail was too small, no task too big for Chad and his crew. He has been very patient, attentive, and available, despite the many changes we made and unforeseeable delays, such as HOA approval, inclement weather, material shortages, etc. He is always very responsive to any emails, texts, and phone calls, communicating back to us in timely fashion, even when otherwise busy with separate projects. He has provided invaluable guidance and feedback in our design process and whatever modifications were required along the way. He is very conscientious to the slightest aspects of the project that could have larger ramifications on the whole project's outcome or later on in the future. His expertise with construction and electrical work is unsurpassed. He is able to easily adapt and modify the project parameters quickly to solve unforeseen problems encountered along the way, especially with existing structures or landscape features. The industriousness of him and his crew is truly impressive and they always put in a very full day's labor, oftentimes diligently working from first thing in the morning until sunset in the evening. In sum, we could go on and on about how great they've been, but it's best to summarize thusIf you want your job done right and of the highest caliber, then Chad is your man!

No show, no call on 2 attempts. after weeks waiting on him to get the job done, I finally went with another company who showed up and completed the job in less than a week. I guess low end jobs of $4500 does not concern him.

Chad came out to the house to see what we wanted as far as a deck for the backyard. He said he would email me over the weekend to give mr an estimate. Not only did he not email me but he hasnt responded to any message I have sent him. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

In early May I contacted Mr. Hall to do a deck and stair repair at my condo in Madison. After initial contact he went by and sent me a list of what materials would be needed and the cost involved. This was sent to me on May 9. We agreed to the price and work was to begin and be completed on Saturday May 19. Attempted to make contact before that Saturday to make sure that the job was going to be completed. He was a no show and no contact. After several attempts to contact him he finally answered a call and gave a reason that he had lost his phone. So we agreed to try again last Friday May 25. He promised that he had purchased the material and that they would work on Friday. Well again A NO SHOW. NO CALLS AND NO TEXTS. We have yet to hear from him. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Save yourself time and frustration and DO NOT USE Hall Decking or deal with Chad Hall. Worse than a one star but that is the lowest I can give him.

Chad Hall and his crew did an outstanding job in record time on my new deck. Their attention to detail was totally awesome! I can't say enough great things about their professionalism, work ethic, and on time performance. I was amazed at how fast they were and how great it looks. Thanks to all!

On 7/18 the Hall Deck crew did arrive at my house within fifteen minutes of the time the said they would. Repaired all of the warped wood, and completely restained the back deck. It now looks like the pictures on his web page and I am totally satisfied. He further explained one of their stain machines was broken and they were behind on all their jobs due to the weird weather we have had summer of 2013. Having an explanation for the delays makes all the difference because I am a patient and understanding person. Chad is a super nice guy, and he really will do everything he can to make everything right.

Hall Deck Co. recently renovated our deck and screen porch. We have nothing but good things to say about the job that was done. The work was done well, timely, and for the agreed upon price. Communications throughout the project were also prompt. All workers were professional and left the work site clean.
