They are a good animal clinic definitely give many options with the mobile aspect, animal rescue, then the actual clinic. I feel they have more experience with dogs when I took my cats seemed like they preferred dogs when I would ask questions no diagnostics were offered. They are very involved with the community and rescue is a huge perk.
Excellent care in the office and from the mobile service. My dog and cat love the Doc's and Techs.
The staff and doctor's there are wonderful! They take their time with you and answer all your questions! I highly recommend their office!
I absolutely love this vet. We have taken all of our pets (1 dog, 2 cats) and every time the staff and vets have been so kind and caring. Definitely the best in Gainesville!
Excellent Veterinary Clinic. Have been taking my dogs there since it opened many years ago & know the owner personally.
Great for treatment and boarding.
I love Haile Plantation Animal Clinic, and I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else! Dr. McCollough is a thorough, knowledgeable, caring veterinarian with a heart of gold, and her entire team is fabulous - they consistently go above & beyond. So, so lucky to have found Dr. M & her clinic!
Been taking my dogs here for 10 years. They are caring and seem to be reasonably priced.
We always have had a great experience with bringing our English Bulldog to Haile Animal Clinic. From the pet spa to the veterinary side everyone is always friendly, prices are good and we are always taken care of. Highly recommend them!
Haile Plantation Animal Clinic was recommended by the shelter where we adopted our puppy. We were so pleased with the care that our cat is now a patient as well. I highly recommend this clinic!
We (me and my puggle) are always happy to see Dr. McCullough. Her exams are thorough and the suggestions she offers are never infomercials to buy products the office carries. She's fine with whatever you decide as a pet parent. We also love Jesse, the most knowledgable and friendly vet tech we've ever met.
The very second we walked in we were greeted with the love of the amazing staff. About 5 people came out to say hi to our little puppy and they showed us nothing but love! The tech was amazing, the receptionists were amazing and the Vet was amazing! We have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. They showed us all of our options and gave us a great deal for all of the puppy essentials. Never once did I feel pressured or like up-selling me. We cannot wait to keep taking our little puppy to this Clinic!
Adopted a rescue cat in October, went here because it was one of the clinics that would do a free examination and fecal exam on my pet within the first week of adoption. We went in, the people were nice and all, they really loved our pet. They didn't do or mention the fecal exam at all while we were there, which is one of the main reasons we picked the clinic, they also offered to clip her nails while we were there and waiting for the vet, but they didn't tell us it would be a $12 service. They did the examination and all and gave her a flea medication and told us we would get a heart worm prevention medication too, which we never received. When they told us we were all ready to go, I asked if there was anything I had to do (i.e. pay for anything), they said no, we were fine to leave. As we were approaching the exit, we got called back and told we needed to pay for the nail clipping and the medication they gave her. I was frustrated, but I paid. Then 4 months AFTER the appointment I get an envelope in the mail from them with an EMPTY bag and sticky note attached saying that was the heart worm medication I had paid for but didn't get at the appointment. I was really upset that such a place with great reviews (I wanted a good clinic to take my new rescue to) made such a huge mistake and then realized it 4 MONTHS LATER and tried to correct it but STILL messed up. Didn't bother to call back to explain the situation because I didn't need the headache of having to deal with them again. Needless to say, I will not be going back to them again.
