The treatment received was prompt and effective; however, I have been attempting to receive a refund for an overpayment for over a month. My daughter visited the day our new insurance policy began and I did not have our information. I paid out of pocket and called a few days later with our insurance policy number. This was in August. Insurance paid the claim, entitling me to hundreds of dollars due back. I called on October 26 to inquire about a refund. I was told that there was indeed a credit on the account and they would issue payment. I called back 2 weeks later, on November 7 to check on the status. I was told the check had been issued and just needed to be mailed. Today, November 27, they cannot tell me where my refund is or when it can be expected. The internal accounting functions of this practice leave much to be desired.

Dr. Werbel is supportive, encouraging, and very generous with her time and guidance. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor taking care of my chronic disease. Happy Holidays. Thanks so much for taking care of me. See you next year in May.

Best practice I have been to IN YEARS Dr Digman is an amazing and kind Doctor. Who listens and tries to figure out what is wrong.. I love the new office and the doctors look more relaxed.

I’ve been a patient here for five years. I’ve referred my family here, and I’ve referred my friends here. Each time, they are treated with dignity and respect; both by the physicians and the support staff. They spend time with each patient and go to great lengths to explain both procedures and insurance claims so that nothing is left out. Overall, I’m incredibly happy with my time here as a patient.

Wonderful practice, with the best staff! The scheduling dept is amazing at answering all of my difficult questions and super knowledgeable about everything that i asked them. Don't let one or two angry people stop you from visiting this wonderful practice.

Scrolling through the comments about this facility, you can obviously fish out the real clients from the ones who are just trying to spread hate, so here’s my spiel. The staff is 100% there for you, knowledgeable and professional. They make the process quick and easy all the while wearing a smile on their face. Customer service is top notch, answering all my difficult questions. I’ve spoken with Elliot multiple times on the phone and he has been nothing but courteous and kind. I give a four star rating just because everyone has room for improvement :)

Most Wonderful practice by far!! The staff is very welcoming from the first phone call. My daughter is a patient here and so am I. My daughter was referred here to have Surgery and the Scheduling department was able to get her in for her first appointment fairly fast. I left a message and received a phone call the same day. The doctor that performed her Surgery was amazing! As for me. I Have been with this practice since 2010. I have seen multiple doctors and all have been absolutely wonderful they helped me with all my needs and did not make me feel like i was "Just another patient". They took the time to listen to my problems and assessed the situation before it gets worse. I am now being referred over for endocrine and i spoke with a scheduler and she was very helpful and broke down the process for me and let me know what time frame i was expecting to be seen and what doctor could see me the soonest. Over all this is a great practice i would refer this practice to anyone! All ages :)

Dr. Kerr (Newberry Road, Gainesville office) was thorough and accurately diagnosed and treated my issue. Staff was efficient with minimal wait time. I will return to and recommend this practice.

Had a very good experience with Dr. Khuddus and the staff here. The Dr was very caring and helpful. We had no wait time, very proficient. And they worked with us on all levels. Very professional company.

The Ear Nose and Throat staff not once treated my condition with any seriousness. I had been waiting over 3 weeks for a referral to the Oral Pathology unit at Shands. THEY NEVER SENT IT. Then my primary doctor finally did take the written referral in my notes and scheduled an appointment for me in just 1 hour! Amazing! What's really worse is the staff there just blatantly lied about the whole situation. They did not care in the least to help me out with my condition.

My 3 year old has seriously bad cross eyes and this eye Dr is wonderful about treating her. She is so nice to kids especially my moderately development delayed kid. She is awesome.
