I was new to the area and needed tile in 3 rooms. Hadinger came highly recommended and for good reason. Sales was great (Murphy M.) and although I was nervous not knowing who would be installing, I was thrilled with the result. Miguel and Antonio did a wonderful job and we hardly knew they were in our home. Thank you!

Initial sales discussion went well. Price quotes were given, contracts signed, and deposits made. After installation, the price was changed, significantly. initiL discussions were denied. Only after I produced the initial contract did they finally consent to honor their initial price. Very stressful and disappointing. The actual carpet installers did a great job. Only billing office was bad. Be very careful when dealing with this company. They will try to cheat you.

I am most unsatisfied with the service I have received from Hadinger Flooring. I had hardwood floors installed (natural oiled flooring) approximately 1 1/2 years ago. The sales person we had (Annette) gave me the incorrect instructions for caring for my floors AND the installers never "oiled" the floors after installation. She told me there was nothing I ever needed to do to the flooring except chean with Bona hardwood flooring cleaner. I found that the floors should have had a coat of Woca Maintenance Oil applied right after installation when I called the distributor about 8 months ago. At that time when I called Hadinger to ask them to please send someone out to do the oiling that was to have been done at installation they told me it wasn't neededjust to use Bono wood floor products. Again, about a week ago I called the flooring distributor as I was getting some stains on the floor and these floors are supposed to be very durable and stain resistant. The manager there told me that Hadinger should have prepared the floors with the oiling AFTER installing them. I called them back again and now the Service Mangager, named Wayne Engelstind was very condescending and pretty much called me a lier and said that I haven't been maintaining my flooring properly because I haven't oiled them and that his people did put the oil on them when they were originally laid.which is not true as I was there when the floors were done. Therefore, I'm now having to pay $500 (by another company as I'd never use Hadinger again) to get the oiling done on the floors that they should have done but never even told me that should be done in the first place. No one at Hadinger's, that I had spoken to, ever told me to use anything but Bona which was the wrong product (the sales lady, Annette, even gave me a trial kit with a mop). So, if you're thinking of using Hadinger for your flooring, be very careful and know your products, and their care, BEFORE you purchasing them as they don't seem to know their own products. This has been a very bad and costly mistake!!

Sales person was not the greatest. After guy came out to measure I never heard from her. I would have thought she would have called right away. I eventually went into store and when she was questioned she said she did call and might have dialed a wrong number. NOT! Installers were on-time and knew what they were doing. All-in-all I was satisfied.

This was my second experience with Hadinger. Ron Cassara was our salesman and did a great job guiding us to the right product for our needs and I think he gave us a fair price. The guys that put the carpet down were the best. We requested them to do the second install after the great job they did on the first. I would give them 5 stars but I can't rave about the scheduling department at least initially. Took me calling and emailing numerous times to get to talk to someone and finally get an date picked for the install. But once we were able to communicate it went smoothly after that. I will use Hadinger again.

Joe, who installed our lanai tile floor, was fantasticA+
He was courteous, and his work is perfect.
Jeff, , our salesperson, was excellent.. He was courteous, and he honored his product and installation quote, even after another person quoted a much higher installation cost. The scheduling depart gets an F. Joe saved the day by going above and beyond. He stepped in when our scheduled installer(s) did not show up, despite our calls for help. We were also lied to re the installers being on their way when they had reported out sick. The final cost was competitive and fair.

Very helpful saleslady looked and looked unrolling rugs without complaint, still smiling. Finally found the perfect rug for my bathroom. Let me take it home and try it. Looked better than what I thought I wanted when I went
in the store. Haddinger's and their staff are excellent. I will go there first
the next time.
