My son was diagnosed with a condition that could affect his eyesight (6 month old child). I was unable to get into a pediatric ophthalmologist for months. I was terribly nervous, as any mother would be and did not want to wait until October to been seen to verify my son's eyesight. Bascom Palmer Eye Institute was very helpful and Dr. Schwartz saw my son immediately. Dr. Schwartz performed an exam and everything looked good. He referred us to a pediatric ophthalmologist for a final review in 6 months. Thank you, from a very grateful mother.
