I have been using Advance Medical for 5 years after being very unhappy with other choices in Naples. Where else can I get a physical on a Sunday afternoin? My daughter had an asthma attack on a Saturday.$20 office visit vs $100 ER copay. This past week I got a bad stomach bug and was rehydrated.they rehydrated me with IV fluids. Again saved a ton on copays. The certified Nurse Practitioner especialky Jill are great. On occasion the wait can be awhile due to high urgent care patients. Unless it is an emergency, make an appointment.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The Doctors and Nurses are sympathetic and knowledgeable and the facility is well equipped.

If I could, I'd give them zero stars. The care my daughter received here while on vacation was horrible, as was the billing and "customer service." She was originally diagnosed with a UTI. She was prescribed a medicine that was extremely difficult to find at any pharmacy and - as we found out - totally inappropriate for a child. It made her sick. After we spent hours repeatedly calling back for the final results (while being treated very poorly) we finally were told it wasn't a uti and she would send us to their urologist. By then we were home. It took days for them to send the results to our doctor and when she got them it actually ways a uti and she put her on an appropriate medicine. Beyond that, they billed us as a PCP visit instead of urgent care even though they advertised as urgent care online - which has caused an issue with insurance coverage - and they confirmed it's urgent care when I called before going. When I called after l noticed the bill and spoke to insurance, they said that's just "their practice." Then they stopped returning my calls. Horrible!

Great place and friendly staff. They were kind and helpful when my brother cut his foot open in the ocean. As out of town visitors, we couldn't have asked for a better experience from Advanced Medical and Dr. Leach.

Well no doubt a five star facility, especially if you use them as a urgent care facility as well,with in house labs, exray etc. They knock it out o.f the parkunfortunate we have gone to your real urgent care facilities just to be missed diagnosed, once my wife had food poisoning, the other diagnosed it as a flu, which did not get better, my wife got home and continued to vomit,so went to Advance as I new they did boodwork, within 15 min of arriving they took blood and urine and sure enough, she had food poisoning, needless to say they have were right on track with the diagnosis and not missed diagnosis of (urgent care), my wife may not be here today, kudos to Cinder Brown who swiftly had her diagnosed and back on her feet, what most ppl don't realize is that with the ability to take blood and it be analyzed in house it tells a better story of what's going on,it takes the missing diagnosis out of the picture as well as the shotty guessing game so many other facilities perform, So next time you are in that awfully sick, area don't waste your time with other facilities, it may cost you way more than a co payment, which for some reason is much higher at normal urgent care facilities, not advanced were most were anywhere from 45-65 bucks,for some reason with blood and urine, it was only 20 bucks at advance, bottom line you want to be seen by people who care, don't go to the rest but instead head to the best (ADVANCED MEDICAL CENTER :)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every single time I go in for anything at all, even simply records, Advanced Medical of Naples is a complete and utter nightmare. It deeply saddens me to be treated this way from a Medical Staff that I have been loyal to since I was born. Absolutely awful. Run and hide from this medical center. The doctors have always been nice, but the staff is absolutely pitiful.

I have been a patient on and off for over thirty years. There is no other in SWFL that comes close to Advance Medical Center. Open 7 days a week is incredibly convenient.
The doctors are personable and professional. Having their own lab, pharmacy and X-ray machine makes them all the more desirable. Even without an appt the longest I have ever waited was two hours in and out.
The star is very well trained and efficient. Friendly and knowledgeable.
You feel,like a human being here where the majority of doctors today treat patients as a number.
Advance has never failed me. I m grateful to have them in Naples!

Doctor Jill Anderson and all of her crew were amazing. Every step of my visit from Check-in, to Vitals, to X-rays, to Labs and Check-out were expertly and professionally handled with exceptional customer service. I was with my very charming yet high maintenance 3-year old throughout the multiple step, somewhat time consuming task force of care and each and every staff member managed to win over her heart with hugs, affection (and stickers!)..and also re-inforced her desire to enter the medical profession since the Doctors at Advance Medical made her "mommy feel so much better"! Many thanks again to you all for a lovely morning and a better feeling foot!
