Sooo slow, if you enjoy or have the time to sit around and wait then this the URGENT care for you! It took 45 minutes for 1 person to be seen?! I seen at least 6 peple working there. I still had 4 more before me I left and went to the URGENT care off airport and was in and out in 20 minures.

I have visited this location on two separate occasions and had a pleasant experience both times. Here's why I believe there have been so many negative reviews: the one older lady at the front desk has a terrible attitude towards patients and even her co-workers, and this is also a doctor's office - not just an urgent care. Thus, appointments take priority.
However, there is a young lady at the front desk who is so kind and has made my experiences comfortable both times. The doctor was great and very educated as expected. The antibiotics I was prescribed ended up not being enough and instead of making me come in for another exam, they just refilled the perscription. It saved me a lot of money and time. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Ditto the previous NEGATIVE reviews. The new staff, (the long time owner is still there)proved incredibly incompetent to the extreme. Took dear old Mom (89 years of age) for an exam this month and reviewed her needs. We had made a scheduled appointment with Dr. Grubb. After a 1/2 hour wait, all seemed well. We left expecting a podiatry referral and a medicare authorization for a visiting nurse a couple times a month. Called a week later and was told we needed to come in for an exam! Where is Dr. Jamie Reyes ? We will never return

When Dr Reyes was there I would have given 5 stars. Now a good portion of the staff is downright unfriendly and completely impersonal. Impression given is to go somewhere slse..

My doctor, old man with white hair, asked only a couple questions, made no attempt to diagnose or even ask my medical history. I went in with extreme pain and left in more pain because the only thing he offered me was a non steroid/non narcotic painkiller (ibuprofen) I ALREADY TOLD HIM I WAS ON PRESCRIPTION IBUPROFEN. When I called to complain about this joke of a doctor who was happy to take almost $300 from me but refused to even recommend a new position to try to sleep in because I was in too much pain to sleep, I was told to go to the ER because they can do a catscan and if I came back to have another check done today it would be MORE EXPENSIVE. This place is nothing but a racket of thieves in scrubs. An embarrassment, I would reconsider even if you are in need of stitches just go to the ER these people are not qualified.

I was feeling terrible and they made me wait two hours to then tell me that they my ensurance rate change and now I had to pay $90 to get checked for a cold?????? The service is always terrible

Came in for an urgent emergency & the front desk lady said "you can wait but we don't have a nurse & she might not come in" in the most patronizing & rude tone.
I understand that it's Memorial Day & all, but why be open if you have no one to take care of patients? Are they open to just turn people away?
Everything about this place deserves a negative rating. Rude staff & no staff.

Please don't ever go there. They are scammers. I went there in January they would not accept my Florida bue insurance i had to pay out of pocket. They promised to sent me a medical claim so the insurance can reimburse me they never sent it. I called this place every day the staff are nasty they won't even listen to me. Hated that place please save yourself some trouble don't go there.

They advertise onsite blood lab but needed to send my blood out for the lab work. In the exam room I waited an hour to have blood drawn and they weren't busy. They were supposed to call me with the results but many days later I had to chase them for the results. I called their Naples office and left a message for the two owners so that I could register my complaints. Neither ever called me. I will never go there again. There are much better more professional choices available.

I have made 3 visits to Naples Urgent Care in the past 2 years. Each experience has been very positive. I have never had to wait very long. During each visit, the entire staff was friendly, compassionate, efficient, and very helpful. At my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting and being treated by Dr. Reyes. He is great in every way!
