I can't say enough about this business. I call it a business lightly because the second you get there you feel like family. I was referred to Chris by a friend of mine, he was busy with another customer when I got there so his mother helped me. When chris was done with the other customer he and his mother helped me out. Being 26 and not sure what I was looking for in an engagement ring, they guided me through the process in every way. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else! Can't wait to go back in a few weeks for wedding bands!

was at the mall of ga and decided to go across the st to check this place out. They have some STATE of the ART Wallets that I have not seen anywhere else :)

I chose Guven's to re size my engagement ring after hearing praises of the company from my friends and soon to be in laws. I was unsure of what to expect but was absolutely blown away by their excellent customer service and the efficiency of the whole company!

I thought I would have to wait a few days for my ring to be sized but I was in and out with my ring before I could even reply to a work email! (I'm talking less than twenty minutes people. Which is great because everywhere else I checked took 2 to 5 business days.)
I was also pleasantly surprised by their price. It was cheaper than a modest dinner out for two if that gives you an idea. :)
On top of that, after wearing my ring for a few days I decided I would like it to fit a little more snug and they understood completely and re sized it again for free!

I loved doing business with Guven's and will definitely go back for any more sizings, repairs, or jewelry shopping I have to do!

P.s. Their jewelry selections are really lovely as well!

I very much agree with the other posts. If you want to sell your jewelry this is not the place to go. I was offered 250 for an engagement ring that I wanted to get rid of that I haven't even had for a year that was in prestige condition. Not to mention that staff is borderline rude. I almost felt as if I was profiled immediately as a walked in.

Nice items in the store. Definitely not the place to sell jewelry. Offered 750$ on a 10,000 dollar ring set. Other places have been in the 2500 to 3000 range as expected. Take your jewelry elsewhere to sell. Was insulted. If you're going to offer that kind of price on buying, just say you don't buy items.
