Never ever use this company. Operator is RUDE and service is almost worthless. I told them multiple times I do not live at the house and needed a call before they came. The day of the service I called as I had not heard from them and was told they left me 5 voice mails. I had no voice mails on my phone. They said they called and would need to reschedule for 3 weeks down the road. She still didn't have my name or number right and my closing is next week. I tried to give her the right name and number and was told she had it right. I am upset now but I promise I was calm and nice on the phone with her. She refused allow me to correct my name and number. I work in Customer Service and this was the worst I have almost ever seen.

they put a fireplace in back in may gas or wood burning hacked up the gas line then I went there to buy gas logs spent 600 $ on gas logs got home could not put them in because of the hacked up gas line job call said it was not there fault so now I have to call a plumber to fix there hacked up job good customer service

The service I received was fantastic!! I had another company first to give me a quote and it was $900.00 higher and they told me I needed new logs which I did not need and several other things. I was very pleased with the quick service and the technician answered all my questions.I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and neighbors !!

I hired Graves to install a Fireplace in my personal home I was building. The Rep came out to visit the site and inspect everything and he suggested two fireplaces to me. The first was a High Efficient unit which was more than I wanted to spend the second was a better than builder grade unit which we went with. I was made to pay for the unit in advance which was unusual to me but they were supposedly a reputable company so I agreed. BIG MISTAKE!! The installers came out and installed the unit. They cut completely through a scissor "Vaulted" truss that ran through the chase. I mean completely through it All three chords top to bottom and removed a 2 foot section of each chord. I now have a completely compromised truss and will have to have it repaired or replaced. When I questioned the Rep about it he said that the installers know better and he would have to look into it. The following day he stated that he had a conversation with them and that they tried to call him but couldn't, so they cut it (BTW we live on site and have a house phone. My wife was there and spoke to them earlier) He said they were not their "Normal" crew and that he had a "tough" conversation with them. I replied okay but what about my truss. He said that they had to cut it because of the size of the flue pipe and the clearance that it had to have. He stated that the fireplace I went with had a larger flue than normal and that it would not fit in the space allotted by the truss design. First of all, it wasn't the fireplace I picked it was the fireplace you suggested after your inspection of the site. You are the "expert"! Why did you suggest a fireplace that has a flue that would not fit. Why did you not suggest a fireplace with a flue that would fit. When I questioned him about paying for the repair he said he would look into it. A few days later on my follow up, he stated to me that they would not pay for the repairs because it was the framers fault for putting it there! Really!! No it was your fault for cutting the truss. It was your fault for suggesting a fireplace that would not work, it was your fault for not calling me to discuss the situation and allowing me an opportunity to do something different. Bottom-line, they have their money and there is nothing you can do about it so "Forget You" it's your problem!! Yeah Real reputable!!

So far I am having a mixed experience working with this company. I have ordered parts for a LP to NG conversion and they may have delivered the wrong parts and when I called there was no one there to help me.
