I experienced the most amazing customer service experience here. The gentleman went above and beyond to assist me with what I was looking for and even took it to the next step and gave me advise on what to do going forward. This will definitely be my go to spot for all my jewelry needs in the future. Thank you so much for helping me !!!

The experience was awesome. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I felt no hurry or pressure at any time. The sales staff answered all my questions and gave me more information than I knew I needed. The range of products they carry is quite extensive and everything is top quality. Everyone there is very friendly, knowledgeable and well spoken. The prices are great. Whatever you are looking for in jewelry or watches I am confident they can help you out.

I rarely leave reviews for anything, but when service and satisfaction are so far above and beyond what is expected then you have to let others know. I was looking for a special ring for a long time for my significant other. I put in a lot of research and time and visited a lot of other stores before finding RK, and the wait was worth it. I bought a very high quality diamond ring for a much better price than I had seen anywhere else. They made the process so easy and everyone on the staff was very helpful and patient with me. They took the stress out of what could have been a stressful situation and they did not try to push me to buy anything, which was not my experience at other establishments. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

Had my two platinum rings resized. The detail on my wedding band was not lost during the resizing. Wonderful experience. Got rings back sooner than originally communicated. Will go back, for sure.

Great customer service! Carol and Reza took the time, over 3 different visits to the store, to help us pick the ring and setting that my wife was looking for. They were very patient and never tried to pressure us.

Had a ring of my grandmother's that I wanted to be able to wear with my wedding set. I had heard wonderful things about RK & Co and am so glad that I listened to the reviews! Had a wonderful experience and absolutely love my new band! It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had in mind.

There are not enough stars to rate the excellence of the customer service and quality of the jewelry at RK & Co. Jewelers. Even though there are many jewelry stores in the Alpharetta and Johns Creek area, RK & Co. is the only jewelry store I trust to clean and repair my treasured pieces and where I shop for new and/or custom created jewelry. For me it's all about the personal attention and knowledge Reza and Carol provide their customers! I will continue to shop at RK & Co. because they know me, greet me with a smile and a warm welcome and they understand my personal taste. They have never tried to sell me anything that was not my style. RK & Co. is truly a community jewelry store and I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with RK & Co Jewelers.
I lost my weeding band and I found a beautiful ring.

Took my Rolex for repair. Got an estimate in a timely manner. Actual cost was same as the estimate. Was told that it might take 6 weeks for the repair and I received the watch back in less than 3 weeks, beautifully repaired and running perfectly.

You will see immediately why this store has such stellar reviews when you get there. The customer service the owners provide is amazing. I brought my ring in for rhodium plating and am very happy with the entire process. My ring looks amazing!

SIMPLY THE BEST!! Getting a loan from RK & Co. Jewelers was such an easy process. The staff is friendly, professional and most importantly, compassionate. I will never forget their kindness. They have been so accommodating in every way!
RK helped when I needed it most. I will always be grateful to them and would recommend their services to everyone. They are absolutely in a class of their own when it comes to pawn shops. I went into RK & Co to sell some jewelry that was collecting dust. I wasn't sure of the process or how much I would be able to get. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and Reza answered all of my questions and then some. He and Karol both were extremely knowledgeable and very nice to me during my visit. He gave me a fair price for my jewelry and Karol even gave me a gift certificate for a local Italian restaurant. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a jewelry store, or any business for that matter. I would definitely recommend this jewelry store to anyone and will be returning for my future jewelry needs. Thanks guys!!
