Be very careful using this location. Once the sale is made you can expect zero customer service support. My issue involved buying a very expensive mattress along with a modulating bases. The representative sold us the base without advising us that it was not compatible with a very expensive bed frame we own. With the first use, the frame was destroyed due to an incompatibility we were told would not be an issue. Mistakes can just happened, but as I tried to resolve the problem with MF on several occasions, including escalation to regional HQ, there has been zero response to our problem. I would be very wary of trusting individuals at this location.

completely dissatisfied with mattress. I tried to return it the day after I slept on it and they told me to give it 30 days. Well I called a few days later cause the mattress feels terrible! the mattress feels nothing like it did in the store. I paid 1300.00 for my mattress and now I sleep on my old bed because it feels more comfortable. They care nothing your satisfaction. All they want is that sale. I hate mattress firm! I really regret not going with the original mattress factory. O yeah and don't buy their mattress protector. it feels like you're sleeping on plastic and it makes you so hot! $1300.00 down the drain! I would never recommend the store to anyone or their mattresses.
