The resort is family run and very well maintained. The room was clean and had a nice kitchen. The view was beautiful.

What a great experience! We were looking for a place in Grassy Key to stay while we visited family post hurricane Irma and this was the only hotel open, and thank god. What a great experience. Its family owned and the owners are always available for anything you may need.
The pool is a great place to relax, they have a tortoise and some parrots on premise for the kids to look at.
The rooms are great. They are little apartments with tons of closet space, a small kitchen and porch to hang out on while the kids nap.
They hotel faces the bay and has some of the most beautiful sunsets you can ever imagine.
Amazing stay. Can't wait to stay there again next time I visit.response / report this review -

Well we really appreciated the family environment!
Family owed and operated.
Mike and Stephanie and Kids were Awesome!! Very beautiful landscaping, comfortable clean rooms, hammocks, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, dock, canoes, kayaks, BBQ grills, large swimming pool, and everything you could possibly need!!
The room we stayed in was very comfortable and had a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and a large patio.

Absolutely beautiful place! The owner was so nice and very helpful. Even pointed us in the right direction to catch some fish. Me and my buddy brought our kayaks to fish from. (Yak Tribe) You can launch right from the resort and fish as well. Clean pool. Hammocks. There is a grill with propane at every condo. There is also fresh coffee every morning! We will be back!

Just spent the 1st through the 5th of July there. I loved it. It's a mom n pop resort not the Hilton and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is great very laid back. The view is very pretty. It's next to a mangrove so its not crystal clear beautiful water. But guess what not many places in the Keys are as picturesque as the websites make them. We are already working on making plans to come back next year. If you are looking for a laid back fun place to stay in the Keys this is the place. Oh and make sure to stop by and say Hi to Coco, Iggy, Speedy, and the other animals there!

Stayed here in March with my girlfriend for 3 days. The staff was very nice and the place was more than accommodating. Awesome view of the sunset and the location is great!

Wonderful family owned resort. We have visited twice and will definately return. Quiet, clean, relaxed atmosphere. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Inexpensive laundry facilities. Kayaks and canoes are free and fun. We paddled over to the Dolphin Research Centre to watch the dolphins. Sunsets are awesome. There is a sandy area but no beach which did not matter to us as there are a few beaches within a short drive. The pool is clean with nice chairs and loungers, and shady areas to relax. All the rooms are different layouts, so tell them what you need when you book and they will make suggestions. We stayed in #15 both times, perfect for a couple. We love the location as it is midway down the keys, so easy to explore down to Key West or up to Key Largo.

Our family has been here several times. We Keep coming back because the service is so amazing and the location is to die for. The kids feel so safe to roam around and play. We have a beautiful pool to take a dip and even free kayaks to take a ride as well. The rooms are kept exceptionally clean and the maid service is on point when needed. I highly recommend this small resort to any and everyone who would like a nice quiet time with the family in a great and affordable place.

Wonderful family ran place in the middle Keys- very small, friendly people, beautiful sunsets, right in the perfect location to head out on a snorkeling or dive trip, not too far from Key West or Bahia Honda State Park. We stayed with our entire family in the pelican unit, and it was just perfect- having the kitchen and propane grill saved so much on eating out, and we got to spend more time hanging out. Highly recommend.

Girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it, the staff, the vibes and the talking birds they have. The free kayaks were very fun to do and overall had a blast.
