Great place for relaxing; cordial staff, clean accommodations, convenient parking, reasonable rates, quiet, not crowded with easy access to open water. Probably shouldn't be sharing this, don't want it to get noisy or crowded. Complementary continental breakfast under the Tiki hut was just the right touch.

It's a nice place. Quiet and kind of nice. I was just disappointed because internet services was down for there days. And the breakfast was kind of poor.
Muffins, bagels, yogurts,instant oatmeal, coffee and hot water.
Also the advertised beach is not a real beach .definitely not a sandy one. Lot of plants and seaweed, just good enough to get into kayaks and get out.. No way you can go swim there. Pretty shallow with lot of plants and dirt.

Great laid back place with amenities. Kitchens in all rooms. Small private beach.. private Marina. Boat and trailer parking.. boat ramp not so good.. covered pool with some shade. Paddle boards and kayaks.. wonderful place to stay with family

This place is awesome. First, you get your own little Villa. They are spacious and very well taken care of. They are secluded from the main road and have their own private beach area. Grills are provided at each villa and there is a docking station if you want to bring your own boat. I would highly recommend these to anyone and can't wait for my next stay there.

Amazing experience! Me and my husband got married here and stayed the week. Had a very small ceremony out on one of the docks on the property. They even threw in a bottle of champagne! The property is beautiful, rooms very clean. The maids even come in everyday to touch things up including doing your dishes! We definitely look forward to many more vacations here. We stayed in the Queen Conch which is one of the cottages right on the beach. The beach is rather small but nice and maintained with plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks. Our best vacation yet!

On day one of a six day stay, staff friendly, views are amazing, complimentary kayaks available. Continental breakfast is a little small, but cottages are well equipped. Looking forward to the rest of my stay, first time in the keys, amazing time so far!

The atmosphere is great if you are looking for some place quiet. We stayed in the Cowrie cottage. Needs some updates but for the most part it is clean. The air conditioners have a lot of mold build up. Looks like they should be replaced. Also has mold inside the glass blocks in the shower. The employees all seem very nice. Just needs more upkeep on the cottage we were in. Beautiful sunsets. Close to Marathon. They give you a list of restaurants nearby. Cute and quiet surroundings.

If you want to have your own slice of paradise then I highly recommend Little Conch Key. As "they" say timing is everything and our timing was pretty good. We visited in July which is out of season for Florida. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. There were a few other families but they (and we) kept mostly to our own.
Seriously, it felt like we were on a desert island loaded with all the amenities of civilized life.
Another review complained that the view they had wasn't that good. Again our timing was amazing we had one of the cottages that had the most awesome views!
Each cottage has their own hammock and outdoor shower -I took advantage of both.
We bought our groceries on Marathon Key and with the full kitchen that included a juicer and blender we were drinking margaritas and daiquiris while watching the sun set each night.
As other reviews have mentioned ride on top kayaks are included complimentary. There is also a continental breakfast served each morning. although we only took advantage of that on our last day as we were leaving. The rest of the time we cooked our own.
This is a great way to enjoy all of the keys without the crowds of Key West -but a reasonable drive to there.response / report this review
