Nice dog friendly beach. Free parking. It's natural Florida with carbonate sand and mangroves along the shore. Other negative reviews must be comparing to resorts with imported sand and amenities.

Great place right on a nice Beach. Helpful staff are there for anything you need. Beautiful sunrises and will definitely stay here again

There is no bad beach, except the ones not enjoyed. Very sparsely populated, impacted greatly by tides (no beach during a king tide). Lot's of people running their dogs, nice parking lot area.

Fantastic location and a great overall experience. The free amenities like Tennis and Basketball were great and the house was perfect for a group of 5 to hang out for a long weekend. Also very close to Bahia so that's a huge plus!

2 stars for free parking, but this can hardly be called a beach. More of an area for seaweed to wash up. You have to wade through a good 4 meters of weed to get to water. We turned around and searched for another beach.

Just returned home after spending 5 nights and 6 days at the CocoPlum Resort in Marathon FL. What a nice place. Your own washer and dryer on the ground level. Fully stocked kitchen and dining area on the next level. Then up the spiral staircase to the 3rd level with another dining table, wet bar area, nice size living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fully screened in wrap around patio. Enjoyed ourselves. The pool is awesome. Warm, clean and big! Great beach too. Loved the iguana who came to visit us a few times. Staff in the office was so nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place.
