  This district is very racist against African American’s. I have had driver’s licenses since the age of 17 years old.
  
  I am now 30 years young =) I had never had a ticket until now! I was pulled over twice in less than 9 months on the exact same street. The second time I was pulled over for going 5 miles over the speed limit on East Jefferson in Gross Pointe MI. I was not going 5 miles over the speed limit, I was going 30 miles per hour. If I were white would this cop had pulled me over? NO!
  
  I went to court the judge asked me, why have I been to his district 2 times in 9 months?( I told him your district is very racist against African American’s ).I was not in fact going over the speed limit. I feel like your police offers are picking on me at this point. This was a white judge and when I expressed how I felt being that I am a women that speaks up for herself), he seemed to be bothered by it. He said he would give me the ticket and charge me a court fee. I was in the court for about 1 hour and he told every person that had a case he would waver there court fee, but he decided he wanted to charge me with court fees in addition to my ticket because he asked me a question and I was honest.
  
  I was the only person he gave an additional court fee to as well ticket. Why? (Because I am a woman enough to speak up for myself).
  
  I am about fairness and justice! If I am wrong I will admit to it. I will fight this. I refuse to pay for a crime I did not commit, and I will file a clam against this district court. I want justice, I want fairness, I want peace, and I will not pay for this ticket. I will fight I will file a clam and suit against this district.
  
  I will not pay for something I did not do!!!!!
