Always enjoy seeing the concepts and new vehicle launches along with where the industry is heading. Be sure to check out our weekly summer car shows. Every Saturday Night. From old to new, we have over 200 vehicles on display every week.
all tha rides here got small azz rims smh fam
"Every January." I started going in mid-2000's and I've attended every year since then. The visual displays and lighting, marketing, representatives - some of the companies seem to get it all right; others completely flop. The last couple years, I've felt the show is taking on a "same old, same old" rhythm. It's still fun to see, but the display creativity could use a boost.
I will never be able to afford a new car, but they sure are nice to look at!
Great time bringing the squad down. So many amazing cars to touch and cry over knowing you'll never own them.
So awesome! My Dad and I go up every year and love every minute of it!
I've been going to the NAIAS for nearly 20 years and every year I end up telling myself that I won't be back for the next. While it's a great people watching event, Cobo is looking better than ever, and it's fun to see "what's next" in cars, the show feels more like a dealership walkthrough than a really exciting event every time. Fewer interactive demos, fewer hands-on displays, less swag, a lack of energy, and general feel that you've seen this all before.
The ticket kiosk made it fast and easy entrance. The staff were happy and helpful. Clean, love the lighting!
If you like Mechanics, this is the place you must visit. However I would recommend to check for the parking spots ,specially during pick hours.
Great experience! The tickets are fair priced, you get to check out and sit in the latest new vehicle's. They also have engines cut up out on display, and venders who can fill you in on any questions example: price's, technology features, and spec's. Beware of the individual's walking outside the Cobo center selling fake tickets such as "walking tickets" in which it appears to be a piece of paper with scribbles and a chrome sticker on it. They will harass you and cuss you out if you simply reply "No thanks", I'm not sure of the legality on this case but it's pure nuisance.
GReat show but parking is a huge problem. All the parking lots are monthly only and used to be available for show parking. Why fix up Cobo Hall and not address the parking problem.
