Never again!I bought a used volvo with 85,000 miles on it for my son. Two wheels were cracked, which the mechanics elsewhere thought had been cracked at time of purchase. Anyway, $1000 later with 2 new wheels, after hitting 2 small potholes, I am skeptical of this dealership. They also didn't have it ready on time and the title was delayed. Thank God for the manager who managed to get the temp title extended. I also don't think the leather seat interior was refurbished. Next time, I'll go with my instincts.

Chris and John! They more than made up for my terrible Grogans experience at the main location. I would tell anyone to go to them. Very nice guys, not rude. You won't be overlooked or have to wait forever. They actually speak to you when you walk in and I think care.

I was looking to buy a nice newer car and had a loan in place to buy found a car I liked they had. I was trying to negotiate with them on a car the same year and everything just different color with them and another dealership try to save a few bucks I told them the other dealership came in 150$ lower for there car with less miles on it by 10,000 and he said "God I don't know if I can beat that really wow that's a low price" he also told me he would talk to his manager and he would call me as soon as possible and that he really wanted my business! Well a few days went by and I never heard back from him So I bought the other car I guess my $15,000 I was going to spend was good enough for them! Weeks went by and still never heard back from them.. It looks to me plane and simple that they only wanna sell you a car at there price with no negotiations I would never go back there to buy a car AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!

As of 6/28/13, they're advertising a '99 Subaru Legacy with only 33k miles & 1 owner. I called them about it and requested a CarFax, which then revealed that it was reported to have 65k miles in '05 and multiple owners. I confirmed that Grogan's knew about this, but they're still misrepresenting this vehicle. Steer clear of this dealership, unless you want to be lied to.

Traveled from Charleston WV to Toledo because they had the exact dodge ram I was looking for. The salesman Gayle was very east to get to know and breeze to deal with, Vehicle exactly as described,
