  Unfortunately my experience here was great it was not bad but it was a typical car salesperson experience which basically men that they tried to push on to me whatever Vehicles they had they pester you until they get a sale hand lie to you at every possible moment when you're trying to negotiate prices no different to most of the car dealerships I've been visiting over the weekend

  An excellent experience from start to finish. Honest prices - an including an honest (not lowballed) price on our trade-in. Keith Peck and Mark Winland took great care of us and addressed all our concerns.
  We drove over 150 miles to Zanesville and after our experience today we would do it again.

  I get the oil changed there. Staff is friendly and the wait time is not long. Nice guest lounge with drinks and snacks.

  Hide facts about 2014 focus with transmission problems. Then when it's time to fix the issue, parts that they no they need are on back order for 2 to 3 months. And they new this when they sold the car.

  Everyone at Dutro Ford was extremely helpful. I never thought I would say this about a dealership but I ONLY get my vehicles serviced here now. The level of service and expertise is unmatched. I am also a local Business operator and I only resolve car issues with Dutro Ford. I noticed most reviewers only review when its bad and I wanted to take time to tell it like it is!!   Friend went in to get their paperwork from the dealership for a title to the car. Quick and easy process. In and out under 10 minutes.
