Great selection of beverages, very friendly and helpful staff, might have had the best ambiance of any coffee shop I've ever been to. If you're looking for a 5 star coffee shop this is the one. Nice temperature and interesting and unique array of art. I would not recommend getting their coffee, it might be the worst tasting liquid I've ever put in my mouth so I'm probably never going back for their drinks.
Best coffee in the Purdue Area! I've been trying to make an effort to try all the different flavors on their menu. Yes, it can be a little crowded, but that's proof their coffee and tea and edibles are great.
Great location and menu; high quality food and drinks, cozy interior with fun decor, always busy, a little pricey but as expected for an upscale coffee house.
I spend a ton of time here. Absolutely fantastic coffee, people, and environment. WiFi isn’t always outstanding, but it’s more than made up for.
Nicest coffee on the Purdue University campus hands down. I'd recommend an iced vanilla latte.
Ambience - Great
Staff & Service - Usually college going folks who are very friendly, personable, helpful and competent.
Wait - Outside of rush periods usually reasonable and during rush period wait could be about 10-15 minutes.
Food - Good/ Fair. The crepes are meh (okay-ish).
Drinks - Good.
Price - Personally, I think Greyhouse is overpriced and overrated. The coffee is good but not consistently good, and the same goes for the pastries and food.
However in West Lafayette Indiana the options are slim for good coffee, and so I would recommend this particular shop. Expect to spend around $8 - $10 if you want coffee and a pastry. About $5.00 if you want a coffee - latte or cappuccino.
Great environment to hang out with people and chill. Food and drinks are all great, they are a bit expensive, but the atmosphere is probably the best in the area for a quiet cafe.
This is the place to go if you're looking for truly good drinks and nice employees, along with that overall educated hipster vibe and free wifi. I enjoyed several varieties of tea during various visits-- and each was delish. The coffee drinks also look gorgeous.
Best coffeehouse on campus. Their coffee is a little more expensive than what you might be used to, but it's a high-quality, delicious product every time. Great ambiance. The staff is consistently SUPER nice- I've been there dozens of times and my server/barista has never been grumpy or rude. The gelato is exceptional and worth the expense.
Perfect ambience for the college kid, while opening up to the more sophisticated world. Beautiful, wonderful staff, especially when they happen to be your friends. Cremè brûlée is off the charts, hands down a benchmark in the Midwest. Nostalgic about Purdue? This is what should pull you back.
Very busy place. Great service!!
If you do nothing else, order the cinnamon roll crepe, you'll thank me :)
The vibe is amazing, the crowd drawn here are such a polite and friendly group. Seating can be difficult when full but patrons are quick to offer space or give an unused chair for an extra guest at your table.
This unique coffee shop has lots of indoor space and is clearly a favorite among the local college students.
I ordered an espresso drink that the friendly barista recommended. It was great! Got a package of whole bean coffee for a friend on my way out. Very expensive, but worth the price.
It costs less to refuel my car than to buy a coffee here, and you can feel yourself age in the time it takes them to make a crepe. Plus everyone is always staring at you. The Nanner Banner is to die for though, and I've definitely had some good memories here. Go here at least once!
This place is actually pretty good. Their drinks and crepes are really nice. You should go in the mornings since it's less crowded and the staff are not in a rush. Their desserts are nice by West Lafayette standards. The place is usually crowded and it's hard to find a place to sit, so if you plan to eat there it can be hard.
