The buses are never on time the bus drivers are very rude!

Nice job GTA!!! Always on time has gotten me to more destination on time than it did ten years ago. Has a great media department. The city also gets a lot of grants to help get new buses and technology such as the new XDE40 buses which is great for the invasion of the system in the coming years. And I hope the Orion V will soon be replaced with electric buses. And they ran in the snow close or on the timetable!!! Hopefull that we will get some crosstown routes soon. As it was part of the 2020 MPO plan for urban Greensboro.

Terrible, especially on snowy days when you think the bus is coming but it's not (even after you call the depot) and you can't even track the bus on the live tracker because none of the routes are the same.

Buses full on saturday and sunday. Always on those days. And doesnt return on spring garden on sundays.
